Overview

Participants will learn how providers and colleges have met the challenges of Traineeships in 2013-2014, delivering excellent outcomes for learners and employers. You will learn about latest policy developments from the Skills Funding Agency and about success factors from a provider with an excellent track record of Traineeship delivery to learners aged 16 to 23.

  • Share successful approaches to starting Traineeships
  • Show how Traineeships can meet the needs of disadvantaged young people
  • Update participants on the latest policy on Traineeships
