Overview
Participants will learn how providers and colleges have met the challenges of Traineeships in 2013-2014, delivering excellent outcomes for learners and employers. You will learn about latest policy developments from the Skills Funding Agency and about success factors from a provider with an excellent track record of Traineeship delivery to learners aged 16 to 23.

- Show how Traineeships can meet the needs of disadvantaged young people
- Update participants on the latest policy on Traineeships

- Learn about the challenges and successes of varied approaches to delivering Traineeships

Successfully’ will be of value to managers, team leaders, trainers and
mentors from providers and colleges which plan to start Traineeship programmes
in 2014 or 2015.
