The CPPP weekend event begins with a "meet your instructors" dinner reception on Friday about 6:00pm at the Orange Aero Club, continues on Saturday morning with a plenary session for pilots or the Partner in Command course, then breakout sessions for several ground courses and flight sessions, a dinner for all on Saturday evening, and more breakout sessions on Sunday with departure set at 3:30pm. Note that all meals provided are not included in the registration fees, except for the Saturday and Sunday lunch bags, which are included.
Breakout sessions will run from 8:00am to 6:00pm on Saturday and 8:00am to 3:30pm on Sunday with a short break for lunch both days. The Saturday night banquet begins at 7:00pm at the Caleula hotel.
Ground + 2 Flight participants will fly 2 flight sessions
Ground + 1 Flight participants will fly 1 flight session
Ground + 1 Flight + Sim participants will fly 1 flight session and get 1 simulator session
Ground + Sim participants will get 1 simulator session
Flight sessions will be three hours each, including briefing and debriefing.
Simulator sessions will be 90 minutes each, including briefing and debriefing.
Sim slots run concurrently with the breakout sessions.
