Lead Sponsor£3,500 + VAT
This sponsorship package includes:
Complimentary places
- Three complimentary delegate places
- Two complimentary place for the lead sponsor’s organisation guest
- Up to three places for your nominate young ambassadors (you can substitute these for one free delegate place)
Summit website advertising
- Profile on the website with logo and contact details linking to your website
- Lead sponsor’ logo on the event homepage scrolling banner with link to your website
On-site advertising
- Lead sponsor’s logo to appear on a banner to be displayed in a prominent location
- Lead sponsor’s thank you slide to appear on the presentation slides in the main plenary room
- Lead sponsor’s logo to appear alongside other event supporters displayed in a prominent location
- One flyer seat drop in the main plenary room
Delegate packs
- One A4 leaflet (provided by the sponsor) in delegate packs given to each attendee
- Profile and logo included in the conference programme guide in the supporter’s section/pages
Pre-event promotion/advertising
- Listing on all pre event promotional flyers as the event’s Lead Sponsor
- Supporter’s logos included on all delegate confirmation emails and pre-event email alerts.

Delegate Pack Leaflet Inserts£200 + VAT
There is an opportunity for organisations to include an insert into the delegate packs. An insert could consist of promotional materials to raise awareness about your organisation or a report to disseminate information.
An insert may be an alternative to sponsorship and may prove advantageous to create a greater presence as a key player in the youth employment field.
Pricing
The fee for the insertion of one item, maximum of A4 size, one double sided page into the delegate pack is:
£200 + VAT
Organisations wishing to include an insert in the delegate packs will need to provide Inclusion with 150 copies of their chosen materials by 13 April, 2015 to:
