Can I change the attendee after I have booked?
Yes and these will be accepted up until 5.00pm on Friday, 17 April 2015. Please contact the AELP Events Team. We are available to answer any questions you may have about the arrangements for the conference via email events@aelp.org.uk or via telephone 0117 947 2097.
How many delegates per organisation can attend?
There is no restriction on the number of attendees.

Is there a cost to attend the conference?
Yes and all fees must be paid online at the time of booking. Further details can be found on the Delegate Fees page.
May I pay by Invoice?
No. All payments must be paid using an online card payment on this website.
What card types are accepted for online payment?
AELP accept the following cards Mastercard, Visa, Visa Electron, Delta, Maestro and Solo.
What is the cancellation fee?
Cancellations must be confirmed in writing up to 21 days prior to the conference to receive a full refund. Any cancellation received between 21 and 14 days prior to the event will be subject to 50% of the delegate fee + VAT. Any cancellation received within 14 days prior to the event will be liable for the FULL delegate fee + VAT. Please supply the confirmation Reference Number to AELP via email to events@aelp.org.uk and include the name of the person who will not be attending.
However, there is no charge for substitutions which will be accepted up until 5.00pm on Friday, 17 April 2015.
How do I get to the venue?
Upon receipt of registration and payment a confirmation email will be sent. A week prior to the conference, full joining instructions together with a location map will be provided. However, travel information is also available on the Venue page.
What will the content of the day cover? Will there be workshops/a chance to network?
Please refer to the website pages for additional information including an agenda for the day.
Opportunities to network are available particularly during lunch and refreshment breaks.
AELP and CESI reserves the right to change the programme/agenda, content, speakers, workshops and venue as necessary.
Do I need to do any pre-reading?
