CCMTA Annual Meeting 2015

Registration

In order to register, you will require the following pieces of information:
  • Email address for the person you are registering
  • Promotional code (if applicable)
  • Choice of concurrent sessions that you plan to attend
  • Are you registering a companion?
  • Method of payment

Important to note: Group registrations are not permitted. If you are registering multiple participants, please complete a registration for each.

New for 2015: Select your Concurrent Sessions in Advance!

Full session descriptions for all concurrent session can be found under the PROGRAM tab for your convenience. To assist with planning, you will be asked to make your selections as part of the registration process for 2015!

Instructions for Registering

  1. Select “New Registration” from the right menu.
  2. Enter your email address (or the email address of the person for whom you are registering) and select ”Lookup”.
    • If you are not a member or associate of CCMTA, choose “Continue” and complete the contact form as instructed.
  3. Enter the Promotional or Discount Code (if applicable)
  4. Complete the form as instructed. Be sure to indicate any mobility or dietary restrictions.
  5. Complete the policies and guidelines section, selecting YES or NO for each question. Select “Continue”.
  6. Select two (2) options for concurrent sessions from the drop down.
  7. Select the Social Events that you will attend.
  8. If you are purchasing a companion program, please indicate your selection and complete the Companion Form. Be sure to indicate any mobility or dietary restrictions. Select “Continue”.
    • If you do not wish to purchase a Companion Program, simply select “Continue”.
  9. Review Registration Record to ensure accuracy and complete payment section. Please take note of cancellation policy outlined in this section.
  10. To complete Registration, select “Complete Transaction”.
  11. Please print a copy for your records. A copy of registration and receipt will also be emailed to you.

Instructions for modifying an existing registration

  1. Select “Modify Registration” from the right menu.
  2. Enter your email address (or the email address of the person for whom you are registering) and reference number from original registration. Select ”Continue”.
  3. Follow the instructions until you reach the section which you wish to modify. Select “Continue” and “Complete Transaction”.
