Refund and Cancellation Policy:

Refund requests must be made in writing by the dates specified. Full refunds of registration and event fees issued until April 17. Refunds of 50 percent issued until May 18. Refunds will not be issued after May 18.

Arrangements for additional items (e.g. electricity, additional tables or chairs, internet, audio visual) will be the responsibility of the exhibitor. The Show Services Guide will be sent once payment is received.

*Important Note: Completion of the booth application form only reserves booth space and does not serve as a delegate registration. Exhibitors are required to complete a delegate registration upon receiving confirmation of booth space. Once confirmed, exhibitors will receive a promotional code along with instructions for redeeming the complimentary registration.
