Due to high demand we no longer have guest rooms available at the Hyatt Regency or The Heldrich hotel.
The Heldrich Hotel is currently sold out. If you have not made a hotel reservation for Leaders Assembly we suggest you look at the following hotels located approximately five miles from the Hyatt Regency in New Brunswick:

Traveling by plane: Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR) is approximately 25 miles from the Hyatt Regency New Brunswick. Our recommendation is to arrange your flights through Newark airport. Access to a discounted flight into Newark Airport on Continental Airlines is available when you book online at www.continental.com. Enter both your Z-code (ZKXJ) and Agreement code (418353) without a space in the Offer Code Box.

Traveling by train: The Hyatt Regency is conveniently located two blocks from the New Brunswick Train Station. Both Amtrak and NJTransit make stops into New Brunswick. Amtrak also makes stops into Metropark Station which is 8 miles away from the Hyatt Regency. Taxi cabs are available at the Metropark station.
Visit NJ Transit to book your train if you are traveling locally. Trains from New York City Penn Station run approximately every hour to and from the New Brunswick Train Station. One way fares from New York Penn Station are $13.00.
Visit Amtrak to book your train from anywhere up and down the east coast.
Shuttle service: Complimentary ongoing shuttle service will be provided to and from the New Brunswick Train Station and both the Hyatt Regency and the Heldrich Hotel. If you are staying at the Heldrich, please call 732.729.4670 to speak to the reservations desk regarding shuttle availability. Additionally, there will be ongoing shuttle service between the Hyatt Regency and The Heldrich Hotel.
