 Tery Howard
Senior Vice President, Chief Technology Officer, Miami Dolphins

Tery Howard is in her 17th season with the Miami Dolphins and Sun Life Stadium as senior vice president and chief technology officer.
In her role, Howard is responsible for managing and directing the technology initiatives and strategic direction of business operations at the Miami Dolphins and Sun Life Stadium. Her primary focus includes infrastructure, telecommunications, business systems and broadcast media, in converging the technologies and services to position Sun Life Stadium and the Miami Dolphins at the forefront of the industry.

Respected throughout the industry, Howard is frequently called upon to contribute to IT presentations, panel discussions, and workshops. Under her leadership, Sun Life Stadium and thee Miami Dolphins are transforming the technologies to offer an innovative, connected venue, through the activation of digital mediums to drive consumer and fan engagement value. Howard joined the Dolphins after 16 years with Carnival Cruise Lines, where she gained experience managing all of Carnival's shipboard technologies. She earned a Bachelor of Science and a Masters in Business Administration from Florida International University (FIU), and resides in Miami Beach with her husband Eric and three children - Natalie, Charlie, and Monica.



Dawn Dickson
Founder & CEO, Flat out of Heels, LLC.

Dawn W. Dickson is a serial entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience in marketing and business development. She launched three successful cash flow positive companies since 2002, more recently she founded Flat Out of Heels, LLC, the creator of the innovative Flat Out rollable flat and Solutions Vending International (SVI), the creator of the Flat Out rollable shoe vending machine. She launched the companies in April 2011 after identifying a need to create a product to provide women with convenient relief after hours of wearing high heels.

As an entrepreneur she has won several awards and accolades for business plan and pitch competitions. A native of Columbus, Ohio, Dawn received her B.A. in Journalism from The Ohio State University. She is a graduate of the inaugural class of the Ray Miller Institute of Change and Leadership; A graduate of the United Way Project Diversity; a member of Miami Young Professionals Network; a member of the Miami Dade Chamber of Commerce; and she currently sits on the board of Miami based non-profit Fashion Inspires More and the Nelson Foundation where she can continue her life’s passion of working with women and minority entrepreneurs to start and scale their small businesses. Dawn remains a constant community advocate, donating proceeds from Flat Out of Heels purchases to several causes locally and nationally.Dawn resides in Miami, FL with her 11 year-old daughter, Nia.




Meredith Whalen
Senior Vice President, IT Executive and Industry Research, IDC

As Senior Vice President, IT Executive and Industry Research, Ms. Whalen is responsible for IDC’s global research and go-to-market strategy for technology professionals. She oversees the research operations, client services, and marketing activities aimed at technology professionals who work in both IT organizations and lines of business. Ms. Whalen and her team of analysts are the go-to place for advice on digitally transforming one’s organization. Their digital transformation research spans topics of leadership, technology and industry. Ms. Whalen also oversees IDC’s Customer Insights and Advisory Group, which produces global IT spending forecasts for over 100 technologies in over 50 countries.




Alison Challman
Head of Marketing, IoT Group, Intel

With more than 20 years of marketing leadership experience in the technology industry, Alison Challman serves as Head of Marketing for the Internet of Things Group at Intel. She is responsible for leading a centralized marketing organization that drives the development and implementation of an integrated IoT marketing strategy globally.

Prior to joining Intel, Challman served as Vice President, Supplier Marketing for Avnet Technology Solutions. In this role, she was responsible for managing relations with IT suppliers and enabling the channel to grow market share and accelerate the sale of data center solutions. Prior to Avnet, Challman led numerous marketing and communications functions in the IT industry, including positions with TSYS, Quest Software and Hewlett-Packard. She was also recognized by CRN Magazine as one of the Top Women of the Channel in 2010, 2014 and 2015. Challman earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and Communications from the University of Northern Colorado.



Kerri Chiappone
Vice President, Operations, MoreDirect, Inc.

Kerri Chiappone is Vice President, Operations for MoreDirect, Inc., a PC Connection company. In this capacity, Kerri manages Customer Service, Sales Support, Partner Programs, Data Analysis/Reporting, Contracts, RFPs, Order Management and Supplier Management.

Kerri’s career has included various positions with Lucent Technologies and Siemens. During her career at Siemens Communications, Inc., she held multiple strategic positions including Vice President Services Operations, North America and Vice President Channel Management and Development. While with Lucent Technologies Inc., her responsibilities included new product introduction, materials management, procurement, manufacturing operations, and project management.



Jessica Yeck
Vice President, Solution Sales, Avnet

Jessica Yeck is a vice president of solutions sales within Technology Solutions, Americas. In this role, she leads a highly effective inside sales organization producing more than $4B in annual sales. Yeck is a sales leader with 20 years of industry experience increasing revenues, growing market share, and improving customer satisfaction through strategy development, execution and quota attainment.

Prior to her current role, she worked in a variety of areas within Avnet, including the Embedded business, Solutions Marketing and Development, and Strategy. Based on her achievements and influence in the technology channel, Yeck has been recognized by the editors of CRN as one of the top Women of the Channel in 2013, 2014 and 2015. She has also had an active role with Avnet’s ATLAS program, focusing on global strategies and preparing leaders for global assignments.


 
 Karine Elsen
Director, Partner Marketing, Cisco Systems

Karine joined Cisco's US Channel Marketing team in June, 2005 as Senior Manager supporting architectural and vertical demand creation. During the first 5 years, her team was responsible for building out the program infrastructure in Partner Marketing Central, and evolving the demand generation model from standalone activities to fully integrated campaigns across all architectures. In March of 2010, Karine took over the distrobution marketing team, leveraging her extensive experience in distribution from her time before Cisco. Today, as the Director of US Partner Marketing, Karine provides leadership and hands-on management to define and execute all marketing related plans for Cisco's top partner community.



Jennifer Haas Remmel
Director, Channel Storage, Hewlett Packard Enterprise

Jennifer Haas Remmel has excelled in the competitive world of complex, consultative sales and strategy with companies like Hewlett Packard, Cisco Systems and GE Healthcare for over 15 years. With her background in direct sales and channel leadership, she is a business driver able to combine her sales skills with her strategic approach to execution.

Jennifer is a leader and a team player specializing in strategic out-of-the-box solutions, building and leading teams through to execution. She brings with her passion, enthusiasm and a deep understanding of the sales process and how to develop those skills in others. She graduated with a B.S. in Zoology from the University of Washington and resides in Orange County. She is currently Director of Channel Storage at HP for Canada, the United States and Latin America.
