1.  General exhibitor information:

If you are sending your booth items in advance, please have deliveries made out to:

• Anything being received requires a pallet jack to move must be delivered on a truck with a power tail gate; there is no loading dock.
  
• All other deliveries must be moved off trucks by hand.
• Deliveries will be accepted on or after Wednesday, July 1, 2015
• Move in and set up for displays is on Sunday, July 5 from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm
  
• Doors will open on Sunday, July 5 at 5:00 pm for all delegates

2.  Included:

• One 6’ rectangular skirted table
• You will receive a floorplan with your exhibitor location by Wednesday, July 1, 2015.
• If power is required, arrangements must be made with the WCDIA team in advance.
