Harmonized System

Our trainer, Izaak WIND, is accredited by the World Customs Organization as a trainer for Harmonized System (HS) matters as from 1 January 2008. He worked for 10 years at the WCO, being his last function Deputy Director, Tariff and Trade Affairs. He also represented the Netherlands in national and international forums with respect to the development of the HS Convention.
 
 
WCO Data Model Version 3

Sue Probert has many years of experience working in the computer industry as programmer, systems analyst, software designer, trainer, training course designer, presenter, consultant and technical author. She focuses on the area of paper and electronic document exchange requirements, particularly in the international trade and transport arena, and is a keen advocate of Trade Facilitation. She provides data mapping and data modelling contributions to ISO, UN/CEFACT and WCO standards setting projects including the UN/CEFACT Core Component Library, the EU Cross Industry Invoice Reference Model and the WCO Data Model.
 
 
Customs Valuation and Rules of Origin
 
Our trainer, Ulrika Lyckman-Alnered, has years working in various international training programmes and courses, financed by the Swedish International Development Agency covering e.g. international trade, trade policy, customs, private sector development, strategic communication, corporate social responsibility (CSR) and private public dialogue (PPD). During her career, she held the various positions at Swedish Trade Federation, Swedish Board of Trade, Intertek Group Plc. and Swedish Customs.
 
 
AEO/SAFE

Our trainer, Mauro Giffoni, has many years of experience working as an advisor and consultant in customs and trade matters for private companies, customs associations and EU bodies. He held various positions at CONFIAD, ECASBA, J.C. Consulting, Bacardi and European Commission. He is also a professor at ICHEC-ESSF.
