No, you don’t have to pay. This conference is free of charge, but you will have to register in order to book a place.

Will I receive a certificate that I participated to the Knowledge Academy?
Yes, you will receive a WCO-Demos Certificate, mentioning the course(s) you had attended.
When will I get the Certificate?
You will receive your Certificate on Thursday, July 11, 2014, after the final course, during the Closing Ceremony. You will receive as well a USB key with the pictures and the digital version of the presentations.
How can I get my Certificate, if I can’t be present on Thursday, July 11, 2014?
In case you are not able to participate to the closing ceremony, we will send you the Certificate and the USB key by post.
When the Masterclasses do start?
The Masterclasses start at 9.30 am and finish at 5.30 pm.
Is the lunch break included in the price?
No, the lunch break is not included in the fee. However, you will find on the WCO premises a cafeteria, where you can have your lunch. Also, around the WCO you will find various restaurants.
Are the hotel charges included in the fee?
No, the hotel charges are not included in the fee.
Do I have to bring a laptop with me?
Yes, we advise you to bring your laptop with you, if you take the WCO Data Model Masterclass.
