Is this conference appropriate for my organisation?

These conferences will be aimed at individuals who are responsible for technology and digital solutions within their organisation.

Can I change the attendee after I have booked?

Yes and these will be accepted up until 17:00 on Monday, 23 July 2018. Please contact the AELP Events Team. We are available to answer any questions you may have about the arrangements for the conference via email events@aelp.org.uk or via telephone 0117 947 2097.

How many delegates per organisation can attend?

There is no restriction on the number of attendees.

How do I book?

Is there a cost to attend the conference?

The conference is complimentary to attend for all AELP members. For non-members the fee to attend is £100.00 + VAT.

All fees must be paid online at the time of booking. Visit the conference fees page for more information.

May I pay by Invoice?

No. All payments must be paid using an online card payment on this website.

What card types are accepted for online payment?

AELP accept the following cards Mastercard, Visa, Visa Electron, Delta, Maestro and Solo.

What is the cancellation fee?

Please note: The conference is complimentary to attend for all AELP Members.

However, a minimum cancellation period of 3 days prior to the event applies and cancellations must be made in writing. A charge of £25.00 + VAT will be made for cancellations after this period or non-attendance on the day.

Non-Member
Cancellations made prior to 17:00 on Tuesday, 3 July 2018 are fully refundable. Cancellations made between the period Wednesday, 4 July 2018 up to and including 17:00 on Wednesday, 11 July 2018 will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the total cost of the booking.

For any cancellations made after this date, the full amount will be payable. There is however no charge for substitutions which will be accepted up until 17:00 on Monday, 23 July 2018.

May I send a substitute?

Yes. Substitutions will be accepted up until 17:00 on Monday, 23 July 2018.

How do I get to the venue?

Upon receipt of registration and payment a confirmation email will be sent. Full joining instructions, together with a location map, will be provided a week prior to the conference. Travel information is also available on the Venue page.

Will there be workshops? Will there be a chance to network?

Please refer to the website pages for additional information including an agenda for the day.

Opportunities to network are available particularly in the Conference Exhibition & Catering area where lunch and all refreshments are served.

Do I need to do any pre-reading?
