Each conference will have a dedicated exhibition area. Stand space available per exhibitor is suitable for a 3x3 pop-up display or equivalent only.

Exhibition stand space will be allocated on a “first-come-first-served” basis and the number of spaces available will depend on the location of each conference.

Package includes:

• Exhibition stand space including stand contacts and access to the Lead Capture Module on the Conference App
• 2 x exhibitor stand contacts
• Access to power
• Complimentary wi-fi
• Provision of furniture i.e. table/chairs
