Only available to those who will be attending the conference (and guests) and not for those only attending WCA Cancellation Policy Registration cancellations received in writing at the Conference Secretariat’s address (WAM2016-registration@icsevents.com) by February 12, 2016 will be accepted and all fees refunded, less a $50 USD administrative fee. Cancellations received after February 12, 2016 will not be accepted or refunded. Transfer of your registration to another person is acceptable. This can be done by re-accessing your registration. No refunds will be made for non-attendance at the conference. Registrants receiving a refund will be required to register online to become/maintain WAM membership and receive member benefits such as online JMI access (or pay $25 USD for print addition).
