Wisconsin Annual Conference 2019
 

Registration in 2019:: This year, we will be taking advantage of technology already in place to make registration more efficient for both attendees and Conference staff!

First, payment will only be accepted by credit card along with your online registration. This will save many staff hours and physical resources that would otherwise be spent processing registrations by hand.

Second, instead of handing out physical meal tickets, we will be printing a scannable (QR) code on your name tag. This will streamline the meal check-in process, and you won’t have to worry about keeping track of your tickets!


WI ANNUAL CONFERENCE 2019 FEES

Registration for Retirees is required. There is no charge for Retirees to attend Annual Conference. 
 
Registration
  • Early bird: $175.00 registration prior to May 17, 2019
  • Regular registration: $250.00
  • Late registration: $300.00 (Walk-ins or after June 7th deadline)
  • Retirees: Free, but registration is required
  • Chaperones: $100.00
  • Youth or Young Adult: $100.00
  • Guest: $100.00
  • Lanyard: $5.00

Display tables
  • Board, Committee or Agency display table: $40.00
  • Profit display table: $150.00
  • Non-profit display table: $75.00
  • Electricity per display table: $20.00
 
Cancellation policy
 
Refunds will be available until May 17th, 2019. $20.00 processing fee will apply.
Absolutely no refunds after May 17th, 2019.
