March 29 - Prepare annual reports & submit action items for this year’s conferenceApril 30 - Workbook and Reports mailed outMay 1 - Award nominations dueMay 17 - All Childcare/Camp forms must be received in the Conference officeMay 17 - Last day for early bird registration ($175.00)May 17 - Last day to order mealsMay 17 - Last day to book a discounted room at the hotelsMay 17 - Last day to request translation and special needs accommodationsMay 17 - Last day to cancel registration for a refund less a $20.00 processing feeMay 17 - Last day to request being on the display table waiting listMay 17 - No refunds on food or registrationsMay 18 - Registration fees increase ($250.00)May 31 - All PAYMENTS must be received in the Conference officeJune 7 - Online registration ends at 11:45 pm (*walk-in after $300.00)*All Walk-in Registrations after June 8th will be charged additional $50.00 for a total of $300.00
