Wisconsin Annual Conference 2019

Childcare/Camp in the Community

In order to provide high quality child care, we ask you to register for each child on each day they will be in our care. This allows us to set appropriate staffing levels. Thanks to your apportionment giving, the WI Annual Conference provides this benefit at a subsidized cost of only $10.00 per child, per day. We are unable to pro-rate this for partial usage.

In order to honor our contracts with our providers, we ask parents to note the times they are expected to pick up their children. Please be aware that you may have to miss a few minutes of sessions in order to pick up or drop off your child on time. Your attention to this mater helps us keep pricing affordable.

You must register for Childcare or Camp in the Community within the online registration. We must have the Childcare/Camp form and payment to our office by: May 17, 2019.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS:

There will be NO drop-in childcare available for anyone during any part of WI Annual Conference. ALL childcare/camp requests must be made by registering online AND submitting the form by May 17, 2019.
