Travel and Accommodation

This is an invitation-only event. Invitations are non-transferable and include complimentary accommodation and hospitality in Lisbon, Portugal. Business casual attire is recommended for the conference and evening activities. Please note that availability is strictly limited so we ask that you register early to secure your place.

Dell is pleased to offer all invited attendees to the Dell Precision Workstation Advisory Council 2015 the following complimentary package:

  • Overnight accommodation at the MYRIAD by SANA Hotels for 2 nights on Wednesday 2nd and Thursday 3rd December 2015 (including breakfast and all taxes)*
  • All scheduled meals and refreshments as part of the event
  • Networking evening

* the cost of in-room extras and any additional nights of accommodation will be the responsibility of each guest. If your organisation's policy does not permit paid-for hospitality, please contact bea_melchior@dell.com

Travel / Flights
  • All delegates should make their own travel arrangements to Lisbon.
  • Please plan to arrive on Wednesday 2nd December. The event will start on Thursday morning 3rd December according to the agenda and end after the Networking Dinner experience around 23:30. You may plan for your return flight any time on Friday 4th December.
  • Please communicate your arrival and departure details to Dell via the registration. We are aiming for grouped transfers from the airport to the hotel and back. 
Transfers
  • Dell will provide all transfers between the hotel/venue and dinner locations as part of the event package as well as grouped transfer back to the airport on Friday morning.
  • Final logistical details will be communicated when we have received the travel details of our guests.

Networking evening dinner
COLARES WINE CELLARS & GREEN HOUSE

Enjoy the networking evening in a typical Portuguese atmosphere. Located In the lovely small Village of Colares, close to Sintra and Cape Roca, the westernmost point of continental Europe, these wine cellars were founded in the 19th century but their roots go back to the 17th and 18th centuries. The wine is quite unique to the fact that the vines grow on a sandy soil.
