LAY/CLERGY MEMBER TRAININGS:

All registered participants are invited to attend one Virtual Training Session below to learn how to participate and vote. For those attending Clergy Session attend the first Training Session.

Training Session # 1: June 13, 2021, 7pm - 8pm CST

Training Session # 2: June 17, 2021, 9am - 10am CST

The Training Sessions above are a perfect opportunity for you to be prepared for the technology that will make the Virtual Sessions function. The training covers the features of Zoom Webinar and how the functions are used. In addition we will help you practice the voting system which is critical to understand before the sessions begin. Good News Television Virtual (GNTV) tech support line will be open and we can assist you with making sure you are well prepared.

In preparation for the June 18 - 19, 2021 Annual Conference Sessions, all Lay and Clergy Members of Annual Conference will be invited to a Pre-Conference meeting. The agenda typically covers a few topics which we think Members might appreciate hearing more detailed explanations, along with opportunities for asking questions. This is intended to allow people to have extra time to think about these topics before Annual Conference and allow us to have shorter explanations during the Annual Conference Session. As we get closer to conference, we will have a better idea of the topics we will cover for this year's Pre-Conference meeting.
