REGISTRATION DEADLINES:
Standard Registration Deadline $75 - September 23, 2020 at 12:00pm
All Clergy and Laity must register by September 23, 2020 at 12:00pm to attend and vote in the following online sessions:
Virtual Clergy Session will be held on October 1, 2020, 6:00pm - 9:00pm
Virtual Laity Session will be held on October 8, 2020, 6:00pm - 8:00pm
Late Registration Deadline $90 - October 16, 2020 at 12:00pm
* Absolutely no registrations after deadlines.*
Please keep your confirmation number confidential as it will be used as your Voter ID number within all the sessions.
Registration for Retirees is required. There is no registration fee.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
$20.00 processing will be applied to any registration cancellation.
YOUTH AND YOUNG ADULTS
If you are interested in attending as a Youth Member or a Young Adult Member, please fill out the application and contact Sue D'Alessio before registering. The fee is $15.00 for each Youth Member or Young Adult Member and the Conference Board of Laity will be covering the $60.00 difference.
