Visa Information
Visas may be required for travel to Vienna from some countries.
We would refer you to your local Austrian embassy for more information regarding Visa requirements. Please remember to allow time for the paperwork to be processed ahead of the Conference. Regrettably we cannot help directly with your application but we can provide with a visa letter. Please indicate in the registration process whether or not you would like us to provide you with a letter.
(NB our letter will only cover the period of the Conference and allow for reasonable time to travel to and from Vienna.)
If you do require a visa letter we will need the following information as part of your registration:
• Full name as shown on your passport
• Date of Birth
• Company
• Business Title
• Passport Number
• Passport Expiry Date
• Intended Arrival Date
• Intended Departure Date
