| Reimbursement for Neurosurgeons |
Upon submission of an expense report within seven (7) days upon completion of the one day course, attendees will be reimbursed for:
- Up to $400 for a coach airline ticket
- Two (2) nights hotel accommodation at The DoubleTree by Hilton Los Angeles Downtown will be master billed.
| Ground Transportation |
The DoubleTree by Hilton Los Angeles Downtown is located 18-miles (approximately 30-minutes) from the Los Angles International Airport (LAX). For driving directions, please click on this link.
Ground transportation will be provided to and from the DoubleTree and USC on March 2 and March 3.
| Parking |
Self-parking is available at the hotel for $38 per day and valet parking is available for $44 per day.
| Attire |
Attire for the meeting is business casual.
