Benchmark Plaza consists of 3, and 4-bedroom furnished apartments. Each apartment features a full kitchen, individual bedrooms, and a large common space to share with fellow summer guests. The apartments also include 1-2 bathrooms, so that no more than 2 individuals would share 1 bathroom.  In the bedroom, each guest will have their own bed, desk, chair, three‐drawer dresser and wardrobe/closet.

The rate is $35.00 per night for single occupancy accommodations.  In a single room, these accommodations are apartment style, with shared bathrooms within the apartment.

Check-in: Check-in begins at 2:00 pm.
Check-out: Check out is no later than 10:00 am day of departure.

Linens:
Each guest is provided with a pillow, bed linen and a small towel. The bed linen includes two flat sheets and a light blanket. However, it is recommended that guests bring your own large towels, washcloths, and hairdryers (not included in residence hall rooms).

Cleaning:
Cleaning supplies can be checked out at the Summer Conferences Guest Services desk. 

Television and Cable:
Cable is available throughout the residence halls. Televisions and coaxial cables are not available through Summer Conferences. If you have brought a cable-ready TV to campus, you will only need to hook a coaxial cable to get cable. To access the cable network, plug the coaxial cable into both the television and the wall jack.

Kitchen Equipment:
Each apartment features a full kitchen which includes a full size refrigerator and stove/oven. Dishwashers are not available as well as small appliances (toasters, blenders etc.).  The University of Utah does not provide any kitchen equipment (pots, pans, dishes, and utensils etc.). Microwaves are available in Benchmark apartments.

Laundry:
Laundry facilities are located in every residence hall building in Heritage Commons. Laundry is free on every floor. It is recommended that you bring your own laundry detergent. However, inside the Heritage Center there is a small convenience store that has a limited stock of sundries items for purchase.

Keys:
Guests are not permitted to give their keys to other individuals for any purpose.  Keys cannot be duplicated.  If you find lost keys, please return them to the Summer Conferences Guest Services desk in the Heritage Center. 

Room, suite, and apartment doors should remain locked at all times.

Quiet Hours:
Quiet hours are predetermined periods when sound including stereos, TV's, and voices should be kept at a volume low enough to be inaudiable in adjoining rooms or hallways.
