COURTESY CARTS
Courtesy carts will be available to fans needing assistance going up the ramps at the ends of the press box side of Reser Stadium. Crowd permitting, these carts run from when the gates/doors open until 10 minutes after the scheduled start time of the game. If the ramps are too crowded for safe travel the carts will have to wait to drive up and down the ramps. These carts are only for use on the ramps, they cannot provide transportation to your seating area or back to your automobile. Crowd permitting, they will also be available during halftime of the football games and after the games. Fans arriving after the start of the game or desiring to leave early should contact event staff personnel to arrange for a driver to return to the cart for assistance.

CONTAINER/BAG INSPECTIONS
Security may request inspection of all containers/bags for items prohibited inside the venues. You may refuse to have a container/bag inspected and choose instead to return the container/bag to your vehicle, or not be granted admittance to the event and not receive a ticket refund.

GAME MANAGEMENT EMAIL
For any complaints, concerns, or compliments please feel free to email us at event.management@oregonstate.edu.

PAY PHONES
There are no pay phones in any athletic venue.

PARKING
Season parking permits are issued to donors with a minimum $1,000 contribution to the BASF for the Football and Men's Basketball seasons.* Maps that identify the reserved lots are available through Event Management or BASF. The Athletic Department also controls pay lots for these sports and certain special events, such as concerts. Vehicles are charged $10.00 or $20.00 depending on the lot. Overnight parking is allowed in designated RV lots after 5 PM the evening prior to and following an event for Saturday football games.

A bus, that is free to the general public, will service all campus areas on football game days with a drop-off at the Alumni Center. Please refer to the map for donor and pay parking areas on Football and Men's Basketball Game days. Improperly parked cars or cars without proper reserved parking permits will be ticketed and/or towed to impound areas off campus.

*Donor Passes issued by the BASF must be displayed at all times when parked in the designated parking lots. Vehicles without the proper permits displayed will be towed at the owner's expense.

Illegally parked cars will be ticketed and/or towed to impound areas off campus. The O.S.U. Athletic Department is not responsible for parking citations. At no time should cars be parked on campus lawns or green spaces unless it is a designated parking area. Drivers doing so will be ticketed and are responsible for any damage caused by illegal parking.

FAN BEHAVIOR
It is the intent of Oregon State University and the Athletic Department that fans conduct themselves in a manner that does not preclude the other fans around them from enjoying the event. Fans involved in disruptive behavior, interfering and /or fighting with other fans, or the participants and officials on the playing surface will be contacted by event staff and will be subject to arrest, as well as removed from the venue if necessary. We encourage fans around anyone participating in this behavior to bring it to the attention of the usher or security staff in your area. Fans that are identified as habitual offenders of this policy may have their ticket purchasing privileges suspended or revoked by the Athletic Department.

At no time should fans engage in throwing anything towards others in the stands or the participants and officials on the playing surface. We encourage fans around anyone participating in this behavior to bring it to the attention of the usher or security staff in your area. Fans engaging in this behavior and identified will be subject to arrest as well as removal from the venue and possibility of suspension from future events.

Fans that come onto the playing level without Athletic Department issued credentials prior to the game starting until the end of the game in the outdoor venues will be subject to arrest as well as be removed from the venue for the remainder of that game and possibly suspended for future events. Fans that go onto the playing surface at the end of the contest, including individuals detained while participating in a large group of people performing similar actions, will be subject to arrest as well as be removed from the venue and possibly be suspended from further events. These individuals can also face criminal charges and restitution for damages depending on their actions and circumstances surrounding their detainment. The Athletic Department will make announcements throughout the game reminding fans to refrain from entering the playing level for at least 5 minutes after the conclusion of the game.
