Robert Buchan

Campbell has over 25 years’ experience in the IP profession and is a well known figure on the Edinburgh IP scene.

He handles a wide variety of trade mark and patent work and has particular experience in managing large IP portfolios (patents and trade marks) and providing strategic advice to senior management. He regularly works with Scottish solicitors advising some of Scotland’s best known brand owners. Campbell has specialist knowledge of Scotch whisky and the wider food and drink industry and he handles IP portfolios for brands in many other sectors including textiles, engineering and financial services.

Campbell was listed as an ‘IP Star’ by the Managing Intellectual Property Handbook 2014.
