The Total Health Fest is a fun, informative and interactive event for the whole family. We will have healthy lifestyle activities for all ages from children to adults. There will also be vendors and speakers from the health, fitness & wellness industry to make live presentations and/or demonstrations as well as food vendors where you can get lunch or sample food products.
The goal of the Total Health Fest is to have a day out where children and adults alike can have fun at our activity stations. They will also have the opportunity to visit our vendor booths to get information on a wide variety of products and services available to the public so they can see what is available to them to make even small changes that will help improve their overall lives.
