Plan Ahead Events is pleased to present the Total Health Fest. This event will be held in 8 Locations across the United States in 2013 including our fabulous city of Austin, TX.
The Total Health Fest is a fun, informative and interactive event for the whole family. In today's society, becoming more healthy in all areas of life is more of a priority than not and we want to help you learn about the latest and greatest new areas that may be just what you are needing to improve you and your family's lives. We will have healthy lifestyle activities for all ages from children to adults. There will also be vendors and exhibitors from the health, fitness & wellness industry to make live presentations and/or demonstrations as well as food vendors where you can get a lunch sample or sample food products. After all, we can all use a more healthy mind, body and spirit and why not teach our children while they are young about making wise choices when it comes to these things?
The goal of the Total Health Fest is to have a day out where children and adults alike can have fun at various activity stations. Attendees will also have the opportunity to visit vendor booths to get information on a wide variety of products and services available to the public so he/she can see what is available to make even small changes that will help improve overall lives.

During the past 20 years, there has been a dramatic increase in obesity in the United States and rates remain high. More than one-third of U.S. adults (35.7%) and approximately 12.5 million (17%) of children and adolescents aged 2 - 19 years are obese.
We welcome you to attend and have a fun day out to enjoy time with the family and get information on clubs, activities, associations, vendors that can be incorporated as "The Key To Live Your Best Life".
