SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
The UNOS TMF offers a variety of cost-effective opportunities to increase your organization’s visibility and attendee awareness of your services and/or products. All sponsors will be showcased in the meeting materials and signage – including on the exhibit hall entrance unit and on our meeting application (further details below). Maximize your exposure and build your brand by sponsoring any of the following:
Reception (Monday, April 6th) - $12,000 SOLD
- Company name and logo displayed prominently on a sign during the reception
- Company name and logo slide included in rotating slide set as the official reception sponsor
- Company announced as the official reception sponsor during the morning announcements
- Meeting agenda listing as sponsor of the reception
- Mobile app recognition via push notification prior to the reception
- Company logo on the main splash screen when the app opens and on the rotating banner with UNOS logo throughout the app
- Mobile app is available two weeks prior to the meeting and open for one year
Exhibit Hall Entrance Unit - $9,000 SOLD
- Company name and logo displayed prominently on the center panel of the entrance unit to the exhibit hall
Breakfast (3) - $8,000 each
- Company name and logo displayed prominently on a sign during the breakfast
- Company name and logo slide included in rotating slide set as the official breakfast sponsor, displayed the morning of the breakfast
- Company announced as the official breakfast sponsor during the morning announcements
- Meeting agenda listing as sponsor of the breakfast
- Mobile app recognition via push notification prior to the breakfast
Luncheon (2) (1) - $8,000 each
- Company name and logo displayed prominently on a sign during the lunch
- Company name and logo slide included in rotating slide set as the official lunch sponsor, displayed the day of lunch
- Company announced as the official lunch sponsor during the morning announcements
- Meeting agenda listing as sponsor of the luncheon
- Mobile app recognition via push notification prior to the lunch
Water Station and Water Bottle - $8,000 SOLD
- Company logo on water stations throughout meeting space and water bottle given to each attendee
- Company logo on hotel room key card given to each attendee upon check-in
- Company logo on 3-in-1 charging cable given to each attendee
Conference Tote Bag - $7,500 SOLD
- Company logo on the front of the conference tote bag given to each attendee
- Company logo on padfolio given to each attendee
- Company logo on name badge lanyard given to each attendee
Name Badge - $6,000 SOLD
- Company logo on name badge as the official sponsor
Photo Booth - $5,500 SOLD
- Company logo on pictures produced at the booth and given to attendees during the reception on Monday, April 6th
- If you also choose to exhibit, the photo booth will be located next to your exhibit booth during the reception
- Company logo on the online registration page as the sponsor
Luggage Check - $5,000
- Company name and logo displayed prominently on a sign outside the TMF Luggage Storage room on Wednesday, April 8th
- Mobile app reminder via push notification prior to hotel check-out
Refreshment Break (4) (2) - $5,000 each
- Company name and logo displayed prominently on a sign near food serving area during the break
- Meeting agenda listing as sponsor of break
- Mobile app recognition via push notification prior to the refreshment break
- Company logo displayed prominently on a sign during the selected session

Breakout Session (choice of session) - $4,000 each

Sponsorship levels of $10,000 or more include:
- Company logo displayed on the UNOS website TMF page
- Company name listed on meeting mobile app
- Company name listed on the exhibit hall entrance unit
- Complimentary exhibit booth ($2,200 value)
- Complimentary registrations for (2) on-site representatives ($1,600 value)
- *If not exhibiting, complimentary registrations for up to (4) attendees
- Up to (3) additional representatives at a special rate of $600 each ($200 value each)
Sponsorship levels of $5,500 to $9,500 include:
- Company logo displayed on the UNOS website TMF page
- Company name listed on meeting mobile app
- Company name listed on the exhibit hall entrance unit
- Complimentary exhibit booth ($2,200 value)
- Complimentary registration for (1) on-site representatives ($800 value)
- If not exhibiting, complimentary registrations for up to (3) attendees
- Up to (2) additional representatives at a special rate of $600 each ($200 value each)
Sponsorship levels of $3,500 or $5,000:
- Company name listed on meeting mobile app
- Company name listed on the exhibit hall entrance unit
- Complimentary exhibit booth ($2,200 value)
- If not exhibiting, complimentary registration for up to (2) attendees
- Up to (2) additional representatives at a reduced rate of $600 each ($200 value each)
