EXHIBITOR INFORMATION
Forum exhibitors receive:
- One full-meeting registration for booth representative
- Reduced registration fee for two additional people
- 25-word description of your company and logo on the TMF mobile application
- Advance copy of attendee mailing list
Important Dates:
- December 16, 2019:
- Online conference registration opens and reduced hotel rate becomes available.
- February 24, 2020:
- Deadline for sponsorship and exhibitor contract and payment to UNOS.
- March 13, 2020:
- Cut-off date for making hotel reservations to guarantee room rate based on room availability.
Exhibit Booth Fee: (If NOT Sponsoring)
Exhibit Booth Fee: $2,200 (on or before February 24, 2020)
Exhibit Booth Fee: $2,400 (after February 24, 2020)
The forum exhibit space is priced per 8' (deep) by 10' (wide) booth space to include: (1) 6 foot table with (2) chairs and (1) waste paper basket. Any additional furniture and other equipment must be ordered through the official decorator, Freeman. (NOTE: You must coordinate your electrical, phone and Internet connection requests through the hotel.)
Your booth fee includes registration for one onsite representative. You may register two additional representatives at the reduced rate of $600 each. ALL on-site booth representatives must register for the conference through our registration which opens December 16, 2019. The registration link can be found on the UNOS website.

7:30 am – 8:30 am Opening of Exhibit Hall and Breakfast with Exhibitors
10:45 am – 11:20 am Break with Exhibitors
12:40 pm – 1:40 pm Lunch with Exhibitors
5:45 pm – 7:15 pm Reception with Exhibitors
Tuesday, April 7th
7:00 am – 7:55 am Breakfast with Exhibitors
10:35 am – 11:15 am Break with Exhibitors (Exhibitor Prize Drawings at 10:45)
12:40 pm – 1:40 pm Lunch with Exhibitors
4:00 pm – 4:35 pm Break with Exhibitors
