REGISTRATION FEES
To qualify for early registration ($750), you must register on or before Wednesday, March 21, 2018. The registration fee after March 21st will be $850. Registration for a single day is $400. Call (804) 782-4954 for information about reduced registration fees for patients and donor family members.

CANCELLATIONS
Must be submitted in writing. Refunds less a $200 processing fee are available prior to March 14, 2018. No refunds will be given after March 14, 2018. We will not give refunds for no-shows. If you cannot attend at the last minute, please feel free to send someone in your place.
