Reservations processed by A Room With A View are automatically on a waitlist for rooms at The Renaissance Hotel should cancellations occur within The UNOS group block at the discounted group rate.

Please enter your check in and check out dates to receive the contracted group rate. You may also make hotel reservations by phone by calling (800) 468 3571 let them know you are attending UNOS Transplant Management Forum, to receive the group rate. We have blocked most of the overnight rooms at the Renaissance Austin Hotel so please make your reservations early to ensure availability. We cannot guarantee the group rate after April 2, 2018 or if we fill our room block before that time. Last year our room block sold out prior to the reservation cut-off date so please make your reservation today.

They may approach exhibitors and attendees and offer reduced rates and fraudulent offerings of hotel rooms. These unauthorized providers often request credit card information for "existing" reservations and may provide false information regarding extended show dates.

GROUND TRANSPORTATION
The Renaissance Austin Hotel is approximately 18 miles to Austin-Bergstrom International Airport. Taxi fare one way is $45 and approximately a 25 minute drive.
