* The Full Program registration fee does not include the preconference workshop. If you would like to attend, please add the workshop to your registration selection when registering.
** The One Day registration can be for either Thursday, Nov 15 or Friday, Nov 16; selection required during registration process.

REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY:

An administration fee of $50 applies to all cancellations before October 31st, 2018. NO REFUNDS after October 31st. Cancellations within 10 days before the event must be on compassionate or medical grounds. No-shows will be charged full fees. A substitute delegate is welcome at no additional charge.
