Revolution Next is a concept to get new and existing IBOs trained in marketing and selling XS and to attract new IBOs to the Amway business opportunity through XS parties around the country. The program consists of three stages that the XS team will execute.  

              First, we will come out and do some XS Brand Mentality training. We want you to know about our company and values, where we are going and the power of our global partnership with Amway. We also want to set the expectation and prepare you for our XS Party that will happen a couple weeks following this training.  

               Second, we will come into a popular night club in your region and host an XS party. Whether it's a launch party to grow a new area for XS or an expansion party to grow a particular market, we want to party with you and your guests. The party is about showing guests what XS is all about and how much fun it can be to build a business of your own.  

               We hope that through the introduction of the Opportunity in a Can at the party and you following up with your guests showing them our Revolution Next magazine and profitability through our Switch, Share & Duplicate app, that you were able to onboard some new IBOs. We want to get these IBOs up and running as quickly as possible and that's where our third event comes in.  

               A week or two following the party, we will conduct a webinar focused toward training all the new IBOs on marketing and selling tactics focused around XS so they can get out there and start making money right away.
