	Mr. Maurice Bowen Sr. Marketing Director White River Marine Group Maurice leads the team responsible for boat brand and boat retail marketing. Prior to joining the company in 2001, he was the senior marketing executive for an automobile manufacturer.

	Mr. Chris Broyles Enterprise Customer Experience Applications Oracle Service Cloud Chris is a member of the Oracle Strategic Accounts team focused on retail industry customers. He is a 25-year technology veteran with expertise in the Retail Customer Experience life cycle across sales, service and warranty. For the past five years at Oracle, Chris has worked with a number of Fortune 500 customers, including Ford Motor Company, Costco Wholesale, Cabela's and Levi's.

	Jeff Cooper Product Manager Netsertive Jeff Cooper is a digital marketing "geek" who is passionate about helping businesses unlock their growth potential through online customer acquisition. Jeff holds a BS in Biomedical Engineering from Duke, has experience as a startup executive in a rapidly growing digital agency and has a passion for analytical marketing and software engineering. He has more than 7 years of experience in digital marketing and product development. Jeff has been with Netsertive for 1 year as Director of Business Solutions and plays a leadership role on the product team. The Netsertive product team is responsible for developing the technology that powers Netsertive's customer solutions.

	Les Crawford President White River Marine Group Les rejoined the White River Marine Group team recently, having previously worked here for a decade beginning in 1984. Since then, Les has developed a distinguished career in the marine industry, including serving at Genmar as Division Vice President and then as the company's Wellcraft Marine Group president. Immediately prior to coming to White River Marine Group, he oversaw manufacturing, marketing and dealer relations in his role as President of Lowe Boats.

	Mr. Michael Dahl Key Account Director Boats Group (Formerly Dominion Marine Media) For the past 13 years as key account director at Boats Group (Boat Trader, boats.com and YachtWorld), Michael has been committed to assisting marine manufacturers, dealerships and brokerages with their online marketing and advertising efforts.

	Mrs. Cara Davison Director of Sales and Customer Service White River Marine Group Cara Davison has been with White River Marine Group for more than 16 years. She leads the Customer Service, Sales Coordinator and Field Sales teams that provide direct support to dealers on product ordering, shipping, inventory management and customer service.

	Ott DeFoe Professional Team Angler NITRO/White River Marine Group Ott's rookie season was the 2011 Bassmaster Elite Series season. Since then, he has competed in six Bassmaster Classic events, earned three first place B.A.S.S. wins and finished in the money 69 times!

	Dan Disseler Dealer Representative White River Financial Services Dan is a new member of the White River Financial Services team. In the past, he has worked with both WRFS and TMBC and has many years of marine lending and dealer services experience. As the Dealer Representative, Dan works with dealers to help align the services WRFS offers with the needs of our dealers. Dan serves our dealer network by facilitating two-way communications, exchange of knowledge and best practices.

	Garrett Dixon Digital Advertising Consultant Netsertive With nine years of advertising experience, Garrett helps dealers develop marketing plans for their businesses. He consults with marine dealers regarding digital advertising channel strategy, traditional media strategy and how different advertising channels complement one another to create an effective advertising ecosystem. This helps dealers develop an effective marketing mix that incorporates market, competitive and advertising analyses that aid in the decision-making process, help them connect with today's buyers and ensure the success of the dealership.

	Mr. Richard Duncan Warranty/Customer Service Manager White River Marine Group Richard has more than 35 years of experience at the company. During that time, he has been involved in all aspects of manufacturing at some point, e.g., fabrication, assembly, welding, warehousing, product testing and engineering. He also worked on the service side for many years, and has been at Base Camp since 2011. He was instrumental in developing the Revolution hull and straked pontoons.

	Mr. Edwin Evers Professional Team Angler NITRO/White River Marine Group Edwin has won 11 B.A.S.S. tournaments, including the 2016 GEICO Bassmaster Classic event. He has finished in the money 164 times in his 15-plus year career as a professional angler.

	Mr. Bob Ferber Senior Finance Manager White River Financial Services In addition to being a Senior Finance Manager, Bob is a Certified Public Accountant with more than 30 years of finance experience. He's been at White River Marine Group since 2011, where he works to ensure the financial success of our dealer network by increasing boat sales and finance income and providing world-class customer service.

	Mrs. Buffy Hanger-Moore Aftermarket Parts Supervisor White River Marine Group With 23 years at WRMG, Buffy monitors and controls the company stocks in the Bass Pro Shops Distribution Center. She also works with dealers regarding any parts-related issues they might encounter, as well as with our plants and suppliers to get parts shipped as quickly as possible.

	Rob Keck Director of Conservation Bass Pro Shops Prior to his current position at Bass Pro Shops (which he has been at for 7 years), Rob was the CEO of the National Wild Turkey Federation. In addition to being the Director of Conservation for BPS, he is a member of the BPS RedHead Pro Hunting Team, host of BPS Outdoor World Radio broadcast weekly on SiriusXM and Chairman of the Board of the Wonders of Wildlife National Museum and Aquarium.

	Ms. Angel Kirby Warranty & Customer Service Supervisor White River Marine Group Angel started working at the Bolivar manufacturing plant in 1996 and came to Base Camp in 2005. She oversees the warranty/customer service team and helps ensure we are successful at providing world-class customer service. She works with U.S. and international dealers and customers.

	Travis Langevin Director of Design White River Marine Group Travis Langevin has been in the WRMG New Product Development Department for 11 years. He works on ideating and developing new features and boats, implementing ideas and designs and managing the company's product design strategy.

	Mr. Robert Long Retail Marketing Manager White River Marine Group Robert Long has been with the company for more than 10 years. His team provides marketing support for every White River Marine Group brand and retail location.

	Martin MacDonald Director of Conservation Bass Pro Shops Martin has been with Bass Pro Shops for 23 years. Prior to that, he spent 20 years as a 4-H professional at the county, state and national level. He has a degree in fish and wildlife and a masters degree in outdoors education.

	Steve Mason Product Development Advisor White River Marine Group Steve has spent more than 21 years in product development at WRMG. Prior to that, he managed a dealership that became the fourth-largest TRACKER dealership and was ranked extremely high in the Mariner and Bayliner organizations. He has always lead the Product Development department at Brunswick Marine, which consisted of Starcraft, Monark, Spectrum and Fisher.

	Mr. Steve McKinney Solution Architect Helix Steve has 27 years of experience in contact centers and customer service. In addition to working as a customer service agent, he has been in a number of management roles, where he strived to provide his staff the tools necessary to empower them to provide outstanding customer care. His achievements have been highlighted in numerous trade magazines. Since 2004, he has been consulting and deploying customer experience software. He has generated a lot of buzz for his presentations about GenY and being ready for the customers of tomorrow.

	Johnny Morris Founder Bass Pro Shops/White River Marine Group When Johnny founded Bass Pro Shops in 1972, he created a culture dedicated to helping families experience the Great Outdoors. He followed that up in 1978 when he introduced the BASS TRACKER, the industry's first boat, motor and trailer package. Through the following decades, Johnny added more brands to meet even more boaters' needs. And 40 years later, we're still here and helping anglers and families experience life on the water!

	Mr. Ron Nelson Director of Business Analytics Bass Pro Shops/White River Marine Group Ron has 19 years of experience at Bass Pro Shops, and 48 years of experience in retail. The mission statement of his analytics team is to "Provide users with information needed to allow them to ask better questions to drive their business."

	Mr. Kevin O'Connor Senior Project Manager White River Marine Group Kevin has 14 years of experience in product development. He manages new TAHOE and MAKO boat projects through the conception phase, production introduction and product update implementation during the model year. He also provides engineering support for customer service for TAHOE and MAKO and conducts research for upcoming models.

	Mr. Gary Parsons Professional Team Angler NITRO/White River Marine Group Gary is a professional NITRO angler who specializes in fishing Northern waters for walleye. He is a "Legendary Angler" inductee into the National Fresh Water Fishing Hall of Fame and co-host of the popular "The Next Bite" TV show.

	Michelle Peters Digital Marketing Manager White River Marine Group Michelle has been a member of the Marketing team since 2010, and the company since 1996. She manages our web properties and programs.

	Chris Rowden Business Development Supervisor White River Financial Services Chris has been with WRFS for more than 16 years. He works with lenders and insurance vendors to provide options and benefits to boat purchasers. Chris also oversees our Premier Protection Plans extended service department.

	Mr. Robin Senger The Merc Professor Mercury Marine Robin has more than 10 years of experience at Mercury Marine. He develops the dealer product knowledge materials along with the sales training programs. He brings a wealth of information to help sales associate close the sale.

	Mr. Mark Smyth Vice President – Relationship Manager Wells Fargo Commercial Distribution Relations Mark has 38 years of experience in the industry. He focuses on working with key marine OEM customers, i.e., WRMG.

	Mr. Dale Stroschein Professional Team Angler NITRO/White River Marine Group Captain Dale Strohschein founded Wacky Walleye Guide Service in 1985. He has helped countless anglers find walleye, whitefish, perch, pike and muskies on northern waters. He also has 15 years of experience on the Walleye Tournament circuit and has been inducted into the National Fresh Water Fishing Hall of Fame.

	Mr. Bruce Van Wagoner Marine Group President Wells Fargo Commercial Distribution Relations Bruce has 40 years of experience funding marine businesses, including nearly 30 years with WRMG. He is responsible for all recreational marine lending in the U.S., which includes more than 2,000 dealers. The Wells Fargo commercial team includes 29 members exclusively devoted to helping marine manufacturers and dealers succeed.

	Kevin VanDam Professional Team Angler NITRO/White River Marine Group Kevin is regarded as the world's #1 angler, and for good reason. A full-time NITRO pro since 1992, Kevin has fished hundreds of top-level bass tournament events. He's been named Angler of the Year seven times and won the Bassmaster Classic four times.

	Lance Williams Engineer Project Manager White River Marine Group Lance has 17 years of experience at WRMG, where he focuses on new product development for NITRO. He also designs and tests hulls for multiple WRMG brands and developed the NVT hull form. Outside of work, he is an avid bass angler who competes in local BFL, FLW Series and Bassmaster Opens tournaments.

	Bob Ziehmer Sr. Director of Conservation Bass Pro Shops Prior to joining the Bass Pro Shops team in August 2016, Bob spent 25 1/2 years with the Missouri Department of Conservation, the last 6 1/2 years as Director.

	Ms. Heidi Zinnert Credit Supervisor White River Financial Services Heidi has been a member of the company since 1993—20 of those in marine financing. She is responsible for service company consumer marine financing and works with WRMG dealers and consumers to obtain boat financing while adhering to regulatory and compliance requirements.
