Register Now!
We're making it easier than ever to register for the Inglewood Sunfest. This year you get to choose your booth location before you even sign up. No more hoping that you get the placement you want. We're super excited about this and we hope you'll be too.
How to register
- Scroll through map to find a booth location that works for you. All the green booths are for outside vendors (handmade, non-profit, home-based business, and business with a retail location), the blue are for food trucks, the orange are for other food vendors, and finally the purple are our BRZ members. You can use your mouse to go over all the booths to see who else has signed up.
- Once you've found the perfect location click on the booth and you'll be taken to the registration page.
- Fill out all your information. If you are a food vendor we need to you either provide us with your AHS number or fill in a food vendor form and upload it. You will also need to have your City of Calgary food vendor permit number as well.
- Pay. Yeah, we know you'd rather not but, like you, we don't want to work for free either :) You'll be able to use your credit card to register.
- You'll get a confirmation email right away letting you know you've registered. If you it disappears in the bowels of the internet check your junk mail first then, if it's still lost, email us (kaya@engagedevents.ca) and we'll make sure we have the correct contact details for you.
Lastly, we have some notes about registration.
We do check every registration and reserve the right to cancel your registration. We generally only do this if we already have a booth selling the identical products (i.e. franchise vendors). In any case, we'll email you to discuss this before we refund your booth.
If something comes up and you will not be able to make it to the festival you can transfer your registration to another company. We do have a cancellation policy so please read and agree to that before you sign up. Contact us if you need a refund and we'll help you through that process.
