At OCR, we have a unique insight into Traineeships and are very excited by this opportunity to pass on our knowledge to you. This insight comes from our pilot Traineeship programme with the Kent Association of Training Organisations (KATO) that was run throughout summer 2013 – a programme that delivered positive outcomes for almost all of the learners involved.

OCR is one of the UK’s leading awarding bodies and is part of the University of Cambridge. As a not-for-profit organisation, we are able to place the interests of the learner at the heart of everything we do and therefore work closely with learning providers and employers to ensure that this aim is achieved.
