Terms and Conditions
1. AELP Events are organised courtesy of the Association of Employment and Learning Providers (the Event Organiser) in collaboration with its respective partners.
2. Confirmation of delegate place(s) will be sent to the originator of the booking upon completion of the registration form on the AELP website.
3. Details of how to book can be found on the BOOK NOW tab. Details of the venue with directions are on the VENUE & DIRECTIONS tab and timings are shown on the AGENDA tab.
4. Joining instructions should have been received THREE DAYS prior to the event. However, if these have not been received please contact the AELP SIG & Sector Forum Administrator on 0117 947 2099 or email memberevents@aelp.org.uk
5. AELP Member Events have a limited number of places which will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. Should a Member Event be fully subscribed AELP will assign any new registrations to a waiting list. Should a place become available you will be notified at the earliest opportunity.
6. Meetings of AELP’s Strategic Exchange in February and May 2015 have been funded by the Education and Training Foundation as part of a Governance Development Programme so are free to attend and open to non members.
Cancellation/Substitution
1. Cancellations may only be made in writing via email to memberevents@aelp.org.uk giving the name of the person who will not be attending. However, if you wish to send a substitute please advise the name of the new delegate.
2. Substitution of delegate place(s) from the same organisation is acceptable in advance of the event.
3. If a provider is unable to attend a Sector Forum or Special Interest Group after initial registration, please contact the SIG & Sector Forum Administrator at the AELP Office via email memberevents@aelp.org.uk as soon as possible. This ensures we may offer the delegate place to another provider.
4. AELP
reserves the right to change the programme, content, speakers and venue as
necessary or cancel the Event in which case we will contact all delegates in
advance.
