The registration prices for all, CSR, MDUG, PSA, ECW & ILPS attendees and guests are as follows:

 * Conference rates include general admission to the Pre-conference training classes and regular conference sessions. 

† Guest Fees entitles an attendee guest to attend all evening networking events and meals, but does not allow individuals to attend any of the conference or training sessions.


Conference fees are waived for Prepaid Public Safety Application Attendees with a contract clause that covers the Motorola Integrated Command and Control User Conference attendance. Additional attendees from your agency (beyond the number specified in your contract) and guests will be required to register at the above rates.

SPSS Cancellation:

If you have registered for SPSS Summit 2017 and are unable to attend, you must submit your cancellation in writing no later than September 13, 2017, 5:00 pm CST, to Valerie Damolaris. Any cancellations after this date, will be assessed the full SPSS registration fee of $1095.00 USD.

Hotel Cancellation and No Shows:

If you change your arrival date or are unable to attend SPSS Summit 2017 after you have registered, you must submit your cancellation/changes directly to the hotel. Any cancellations/changes within 72 hours of your check-in date will be assessed a penalty of the nightly room rate of $172 USD plus tax.

Pre-Paid Attendees:

A Motorola Solutions Pre-Paid PSA or CSR Attendee is defined as a Motorola Solutions customer who has exercised the clause in their Motorola solutions maintenance contract that covers attendance to the Motorola Smart Public Safety Solution Summit 2017. Motorola Solutions will authorize and pay all reasonable, business-related travel expenses incurred by eligible attendees for the purpose of attending the SPSS Summit 2017.  Any changes must be made through American Express Travel. Motorola will not reimburse individual contribution for any expenses

MOBILE EVENT APP

This year our Smart Public Safety Solutions User Conference is going GREEN and therefore we will NOT be providing any printed copies of the agenda.  We will be utilizing a Mobile Event App which provides access to the complete conference including session schedules, abstracts, speakers, sponsors, and even includes floor maps of the conference center and the technology showcase to help you navigate your way through the conference.  All individual session surveys are included in each session listed on the mobile app so you can complete your survey right on the app which eliminates the need for all the paper surveys, and also saves time consolidating the survey results.  The overall conference survey will also appear on the app to make it more convenient for you to complete. 

We will provide a Mobile Event Application Guide, as well as the link to download the app (for Android, iPhone and Blackberry devices) to all registered attendees prior to the conference so you can build your personal schedule in advance of attending the conference.

For any attendees who do not have a smart phone, the registration site includes a downloadable pdf agenda which we would encourage you to print before you arrive as we will not have copies available onsite.
