Q. What are the registration fees to attend the conference?
A. The registration prices for all, CSR, MDUG, PSA, ECW & ILPS attendees and guests are as follows:

 * Conference rates include general admission to the Pre-conference training classes and regular conference sessions. 

† Guest Fees entitles an attendee guest to attend all evening networking events and meals, but does not allow individuals to attend any of the conference or training sessions.


Conference fees are waived for Prepaid Public Safety Application Attendees with a contract clause that covers the Motorola Integrated Command and Control User Conference attendance. Additional attendees from your agency (beyond the number specified in your contract) and guests will be required to register at the above rates.

May I bring a guest to the conference?

A. Attendees are allowed to bring one guest to the conference for an additional charge. The registration prices for attendees and guests are listed in the above table.

What does the conference registration include?
A. Conference registration includes general admission to the conference, pre-training classes, breakout sessions, breakfasts, snacks and beverages for morning and afternoon breaks during the conference, two dinners including an evening customer appreciation event. Beverages for evening events will include two drink tickets per attendee.

Q. What is the registration cancellation policy?
A. Please send any registration cancellation requests to Valerie Damolaris
Cancellation policy: For a full users' conference refund (which does not include hotel costs), written cancellation must be received by Motorola no later than September 13 2017.  Please send your written cancellation notice to Valerie Damolaris

Q. What is the hotel cancellation policy?
A. Hotel cancellation policy: Conference attendees must contact the hotel directly to make reservations and/or notify them of any changes regarding their arrival and departure dates. All cancellations must be made with the hotel 72 hours prior to your arrival.

How do I know if I am registered for the conference?
A. You will receive an email message confirming your registration completion. If you did not receive this confirmation, your registration was not properly entered. Please go back to the registration page and re-register from the beginning. Mandatory fields are marked with a red asterisk.

How do I get a receipt for my registration payment?
A. You will immediately receive a receipt for payment if you pay by credit card. You may also print out the confirmation page as a back up to your receipt. If you pay by check, please send your request for a receipt or invoice to Sue Baumgartner

What should I wear to the conference?

A. You can expect mild weather in New Orleans during early-October. Be prepared to pack a jacket or sweater as temperatures inside of the hotel and classrooms may fluctuate in addition to cooler mornings and evenings. Conference attire is business casual. Current local conditions can be found at www.weather.com

Q. May I pay the hotel with a check?

A. The hotel will accept checks.  Please provide your confirmation number and reservation full name (first & last) with the check.  It must be sent to attention of ACCOUNTING.  If you would like to send an advance deposit via check 10 days or more before arrival, please send checks to:
