It is our goal to help you expand your professional development through tackling topics like CJIS and FCC Regulations, operational challenges, citizen engagement, as well as provide product training and development. 
  
  
• Pre-Conference training opportunities with in-depth, detailed product training on functionality in PremierOne CAD, Records, Administration, Mapping, CSR and Reporting. For all Pre-paid PSA & CSR Users please note... this is not included in the conference package.
  
  
• Hands-on Product Labs and Experience Zones which allow attendees to "test drive" our PremierOne applications. These labs will provide the opportunity for you to work through self-guided scenarios. Motorola Product Management and Deployment staff will be on the hand to assist and answer questions throughout these sessions. Whether you are a user of our legacy systems, planning to migrate to the leading edge technology of PremierOne, or are already a PremierOne customer, you will find opportunities to improve your agency's operations through the use of the product, integrating with other products, mobility management, expanding your interface knowledge and applying other customer perspectives. 
  
  
• Sessions with the FBI leading discussions and overviews on the latest CJIS policies, review how the CJIS policies apply to modern technology, and help you prepare for your audits.
  
  
• Technology focused classes for IT-Networks/Infrastructure, Cloud/Hosted approaches and other compelling sessions on various general topics including Virtualization, PSAP Architecture, LTE/Broadband, ArcGIS/mapping Tips & Tricks, planning for successful integration of disparate systems and many others.
  
  
• Customer input sessions on feature development prioritization within the PremierOne products.
  
  
• Common interest opportunities to discuss everything from Employee Assistance Programs to Crisis Intervention Training.
  
  
• Attendees/users will learn from shared experiences on Configuration, Reporting and Open Data as well as learn about the new solutions, including Emergency CallWorks Intelligence Led Public Safety and how to expand the products within their organization.
