RAFFLE PRIZES
There will be a raffle for any participants or spectators who make a donation toward the Wounded Warrior Project.  If you would like to donate a raffle prize (product or service) please contact Jessica Dvorscak at 518.463.3060 or Jessica@PAE-Albany- Saratoga.com.
 
SETUPS 
All setups will be from 7 am until 8 am on Sunday, August 11th, and break downs will be from 12:30 pm until 1:30 pm.  The exhibitor agrees not to dismantle the exhibit or begin packing the exhibit before 12:30 pm the day of the race, which is on Sunday, August 11th.
 
*In keeping with facility rules, vendors will not be able to make sales at the event, but will be able to interact with runners and spectators, give out information, and engage individuals at the event. PAE will provide a table.  Vendors are responsible for all other materials and supplies.
