SOMSA Hotel Reservations Now Open!

Making Hotel Reservations: Reservations for all hotels may be made by phone or via the direct reservation links found below. For reservations by phone, please be sure to request the SOMA Group ID codes noted below to ensure that you are included in the SOMSA room block and receive the SOMSA discounted room rate.

There are a limited number of rooms available at all three hotels at the prevailing per diem rate.

Hotels may sell out prior to the noted cutoff dates, so please make your reservations early.

Please be aware that it is a common practice for companies/housing providers to solicit SOMA exhibitors in an attempt to secure them lower room rates. Improper solicitation of hotel reservations from any company or housing providers is not approved by SOMA. Reservations made by unaffiliated organizations may appear to be for lower rates; however they may be illegitimate, have unreasonable cancellation or change penalties, or be completely non- refundable. Please be aware of, and report any unauthorized solicitation to the SOMA Executive Office.

NOTE: When making room reservations please do not book more rooms than necessary. Holding a block of rooms that will be cancelled in the last month prior to the meeting may keep many attendees from staying at the headquarters hotel and cause the organization to lose revenue.

Taxi service is available curbside, on the Baggage Claim level. The current rate to the city center is $25 one-way and is subject to change.
