I have a scheduling conflict over a module event date. Can I send a different representative in my place over the conflicting date?
Yes, replacements are allowed. To ensure that the replacement receives all requisite communications and materials, please contact Kim Davis no later than 5 business days prior to the date of that particular series module.  
 
Will you allow more than two registrants per institution?
We are trying to reach a broad demographic of our membership by limiting the number of spots per institution and will only accept a maximum of two attendees per institution for this event.
 
I am registering on behalf of someone from my institution. What information will I receive related to their registration?
To recieve a confirmation email for an individual you are registering, you may include your email on the CC Email Address option within the registration site. However, the Zoom login information and course materials will only go to the registered attendee's email address.
 
When will we receive the login information for the Zoom modules?
The Zoom link and information to access each module will be provided at least 24 hours prior to each module.
