Joe Bartlett is Of Counsel in the New York City office of Sullivan & Worcester LLP. His focus is on alternative investments, including venture capital, particularly for high-technology companies. He has been profiled in trade publications as one of the leading practitioners in venture capital in the US.
Joe’s practice focuses on emerging companies, initial public offerings, corporate restructurings, private equity finance and buyouts. For the past 47 years, Joe has practiced in the corporate securities and finance sector. His representations range from multi-billion dollar reorganizations, such as Tandem Computer into Compaq, DBL Liquidating Trust and the disposal of Drexel assets, to the organization of start-ups and assistance in the seed round. His published materials and teaching assignments focus on the corporate finance journey from the “embryo to the IPO.”

Jannet has more than 25 years of corporate legal and stock administration experience, working with law firms and public companies in northern and southern California.
Prior to joining Solium, Jannet served in the same capacities for the CapMx product of Silicon Valley Bank (SVB Analytics) and for eProsper, Inc.. She has also held positions as a corporate paralegal at various law firms, a securities administrator at Adobe Incorporated and Alta Vista Inc., and as a compensation analyst at TIBCO Inc. In these positions, Jannet was responsible for corporate maintenance for numerous private companies, IPOs for newly public companies, securities filings with the SEC, and private and public company stock administration.

Prior to joining Liquidnet, Jay was with STJ Advisors, a London-based independent capital markets advisory firm, which provides advice to issuers on how to navigate the new issue process. Previously, Jay accumulated extensive experience in equity capital markets and research sales management during his 26 years at Merrill Lynch and Bank of America Merrill Lynch (BAML). His capital markets experience spans more than 21 years, including seven years as Head of Global Equity Syndicate. Jay also spent five years with BAML as Head of Americas, Research Sales.

Previously, Christina was the Head of Channel Relationships for SVB Analytics. Before pivoting to business development, she was a corporate and securities attorney at Brobeck Phleger & Harrison LLP and specialized in private equity and venture capital work.

Scott Chou has been in the venture capital industry since 1997 and was recently recognized by AlwaysOn as a Top 100 venture capitalist. He is known for his focus on disruptive technologies and for authoring the book Maxims, Morals, and Metaphors - A Primer on Venture Capital. His broad expertise in technology spans the industry, including manufacturing, software development and chip design. Scott’s passion for early stage technology ventures extends back to high school, when he joined his first start-up as a software engineer. He has since worked for five more technology ventures, including Poqet Computer and ICE, and has held positions with world-renowned research and development organizations such as Bellcore and IBM. Scott is the creator of Oh Don't Forget!, a popular mobile app for Android and iOS devices. He completed the prestigious Kauffman Fellows Program in 1999 with Onset Ventures and later joined Gabriel Venture Partners in early 2000, where he focused on research labs for fundamental innovations. Scott's first investment at Gabriel was in the seed round of NextG Networks, which eventually sold to Crown Castle for $1 billion. Before joining NASDAQ Private Market, Sam was SharesPost's founding COO and EVP, Marketplace, where he successfully closed over 30 partnerships that resulted in more than one billion dollars of transactional value, 80,000 research downloads and 120,000 market participants. Prior to SharesPost, Sam led corporate development, including mergers and acquisitions and venture investments, for the Java platform at Sun Microsystems, where he drove initiatives to grow the mobile and web businesses. Kyle Holm has more than 15 years of compensation consulting experience covering executive, broad-based and Board of Director pay. His work covers all elements of compensation including base salaries, annual incentives and long-term incentives. He consults on the design of cash and stock-based compensation programs for a varied range of public and private companies with a focus on high-growth organizations in the technology and life sciences sectors. Additionally, Kyle has significant experience working with family-owned businesses. Prior to joining Radford, Kyle held a principal position at Hay Group and was one of the three founders of Presidio Pay Advisors, where he was instrumental in developing their pre-IPO offerings. Kyle has been an instructor for Northern California Human Resources Association's continuing education program. Kim’s career in executive leadership and finance has spanned more than 20 years with dozens of successful startup ventures. She’s helped raise millions in funds for both entrepreneurs and philanthropic organizations. In a past position as Co-founder and CFO of ORXYE Energy, Kim, along with leaders of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and major oil, testified in Congress to support revised Clean Energy laws in the US that resulted in new conservation and renewable fuel standards.
Kim is on the Board of the All American Boys Choir and is an advisor, mentor and adjunct professor for the Ralph W. Leatherby Center for Entrepreneurship and Business Ethics at Chapman University. She is active in many industry organizations such as the Los Angeles Venture Association, OCTANE, Financial Executives International (FEI), the Financial Executives Networking Group (FENG), the Women Presidents Organization (WPO) and the Association of Women in Technology (AWT). Gary is a graduate of the Boston College Law School and the MIT Sloan School of Management. He also holds a bachelor of science degree from Duke University. Prior to joining Solium, Jim served from 2007 to 2013 as President of E*TRADE Financial Corporate Service Inc., a division of E*TRADE Financial, where he was responsible for overseeing the company’s stock plan services and designated brokerage groups. From 1999 to 2007, Jim led the Fidelity Investment team in the creation of StockPlan Services, a division focused on plan administration and the optimization of the employee participant’s experience with their company’s equity incentive plans. Prior to working at Fidelity, he was Vice President at Chase Manhattan Bank.
