Exhibits are to be set up on Monday, June 22, from 8:30 AM - 12:00 PM
and taken down on Thursday, June 25 between 4:00 and 5:00 PM

Hours will be 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM Tuesday through Thursday
SAIGE Exhibits Coordinator Phil Hamel may be reached at phil.hamel@saige.org if you have questions about your space or electrical needs. Additionally, he will provide you with a password that you will need to register regardless of your payment option. Alternately, you may contact Tilford Brown at tbrown@saige.org for assistance.

PLEASE NOTE: If you are a Native Artist or Vendor, different guidelines apply. You must contact Phil Hamel at phil.hamel@saige.org and he will send you an Application.
NOTE: The registration of your booth or your personal event registration here does not include your Hotel Reservation at the Seneca Niagara Resort. Go to the Hotel Information page for information on making your room reservation. You must make your reservation by May 29 in order to receive the group rate of $96 per night.
Exhibitor assumes responsibility and agrees to indemnify and defend the Society of American Indian Government Employees, Seneca Gaming Corporation and its affiliated companies, and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents (collectively The "Hotel") against any claims or expenses arising out of Exhibitor's use of the Exhibit area.
Exhibitor understands that neither the Society of American Indian Government Employees nor the Hotel maintains insurance covering the Exhibitor's property and it is the sole responsibility of the Exhibitor to obtain such insurance. Hotel declines all liability for loss or damage to or theft of Exhibitor's property.
Exhibitor's insurance policy must contain a waiver of subrogation in favor of the Hotel.
