Can I pay my Runcation off in full before October 15th? |
Yes, you can! You can:

I’m not a runner, can I still participate in this Runcation? |
Yes, you can! Just register as a cheerleader and you will get all the activities and SWAG of the runner, except the extra medal and the Reggae Marathon Pasta Party (which you can purchase) |

What airport should we be flying in to? |
You will fly in to Montego Bay Sangster International Airport (MBJ) |

If I’m a cheerleader, do I still need to register? |
Yes, you do! Each person, cheerleader or runner, is required to register for the event. This allows you access to all activities and SWAG along with ensuring we have your information to provide to the hotels/resorts. In Jamaica, every person in the room is required to be registered for security purposes on property. |

Are there fees if my payment is late? |
Yes, there are late fees, along with returned check & declined credit card fees

Do I really need to purchase insurance? |
It is highly recommended that you cover your vacation investment from those unforeseen circumstances that may arise before or during your trip. The Choice Plus Gold Plan provides valuable coverage at an affordable price and includes a early purchase benefit of a waiver of Pre-existing Medical Condition Exclusion if purchased within 15 days of the initial trip payment. If you're involved in an accident while on a trip to with your family and adequate medical treatment is not available. Who will help arrange and pay for a medical evacuation? With travel insurance coverage through Travel Guard, you can be prepared. Plans can include coverage for medical expenses, trip interruption and more and include emergency travel services so you can be sure that Travel Guard has an insurance plan that meets your traveling needs. When is the last day to register for the Runcation? |
Registration will close on September 15 or when we sell out. |

When will I need to provide my flight information if I’m booking my own flight? |
As soon as you have your flight information please go into your registration and update. This needs to be done no later than October 31. |

Can I see/check my balance? |
Yes, just click on the link in your Runcation Confirmation email and I will show you everything you are signed up for along with your current balance. |

How does my roommate register? |
Provide them the SHARE CODE you created when registering, then they follow the same steps as you did (also outlined in the RRZ How To Register document). |

What are my payment options? |
Credit/Debit Card Auto Payment- The form of payment you provided on your registration will be automatically be charged on the 15th of the month. This is easy and convenient. NOTE: There is a 3.5% processing fee for credit/debit cards. This is subject to change without notice by the processing service provider.

By PayPal (Form of Cash Payment) - Payments must be sent to PAYMENT@REGGAERUNNERZ.COM using the family and friends option. If payment is not sent via family and friends, a fee of 3.9 + $0.30 will be applied to your registration balance. NOTE: PayPal will charge you a fee if you use a credit card

Can my friend just come along? |
No, they need to register to a part of the activities and to be on property. They can sign up as a cheerleader and enjoy everything that RRZ has to offer. You will provide them the SHARE CODE you created when registering. |

I started my registration but didn’t finish it. How can I complete my registration? |
You should have received an email entitled “Incomplete Registration for 2019 Reggae Runnerz Runcation”. In the email, there is a link that says, “Click here to try again”. Click the link then follow these steps:
