 Please note the following terms and conditions that apply to your party;

• Card details are required to secure a reservation. Payment will then be required on arrival. This card will be charged in the case of a no show or a late cancellation.
• We have a 24-hour cancellation policy, this means you have until noon the day prior to arrival to cancel free of charge if necessary.
• Rooms are available from 4pm on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 12:00 noon on the day of departure
• On arrival, we will require pre-authorisation of a credit card if you wish to charge to your room
• Please note that our hotel is a fully non-smoking hotel, €150.00 charge will apply if this policy is broken. A €200.00 deposit that is taken at time of booking is a guarantee against this and will be refunded on the Sunday afternoon of departure once all rooms are checked
• Dinner is reserved at time of booking if included in the rate. We cannot guarantee availability at a later date
