Soon afterward, she began to seek a professional and creative outlet—something to be passionate about—but was unable to pinpoint an opportunity that was both worth her time and a good fit for her family. “We talked about starting a business, but it involved plenty of up-front costs and would have taken a ton of time away from our family.”
When her friend introduced her to Rodan + Fields®, Aubrey was intrigued by the brand recognition and reputability of the Doctors. “It seemed like an incredible opportunity that we couldn't afford to miss. I knew if I didn't give it a chance, it could be one of my biggest regrets.” And in that moment, Aubrey made the decision to become an Independent Consultant.
Working her business 15-20 hours per week, Aubrey has achieved a number of incredible milestones and incentive trips, and she continues to be amazed by the Company’s leadership recognition of its Consultants. Still, her greatest passion lies in helping those around her. “My purpose comes from helping others feel empowered to achieve and do things they never thought they could. Being able to dream really big and give to organizations like we have never been able to do before is something that has been a complete blessing in my family’s life.”

Today, Jamie works her Rodan + Fields business to benefit her family since it offers generous rewards as well as the ultimate luxury: time freedom. Jamie now has team members all over the country, enjoys a residual income that exceeds her Wall Street salary and has earned a new Lexus. Becca O'Leary

After eight years in promotional marketing and advertising, Becca O’Leary found her decision to leave her job both difficult and easy. Although she was grateful to now be home with her little ones, she began to crave adult interaction.
In 2011, Becca became a Rodan + Fields® Preferred Customer. And in October of 2012 when she attended a Super Saturday training day, Becca resolved to make her R+F business a priority. “When I finally submerged myself into this culture, I immediately fell in love with the Company and the Doctors, and what they stand for. The Home Office team is absolutely awesome.”
Becca’s absolute favorite part of her R+F experience is her team. She is blown away by the incredible group of intelligent women that have joined her in business and truly changed her life. It’s inspiring for Becca to watch others use this opportunity as the vehicle to achieve their goals. “There is endless support within my team and I love how we have come together. It warms my heart to see how much we care for each other and hope for each other’s success.”

Melissa Darnell

Like many working mothers, Melissa Darnell, an Advertising Sales Manager from New York City, always wanted a rewarding career, but more than that, she always wanted a flexible career. When a salesperson on Melissa’s team mentioned the Rodan + Fields Independent Consultant opportunity, and that it offered a flexible schedule, she wanted a slice of the action.
In June 2011, Melissa set out to start her own Rodan + Fields business, and was thrilled that in just two years she reached Level V Executive Consultant status and deemed her earnings enough to leave her full-time job as an Advertising Sales Manager. “I have a 2 and a 5 year old, and I just left my job. I’m able to stay close to home and still have success,” says Melissa, who is committed to building her business enough that she can someday support the family so her husband can retire.
Hannah Fisher

RFx Achiever Hannah Fisher of Boca Raton, Florida, came from an art education background before she started a family and decided to stay home to raise her children. When her sister—also a Rodan + Fields® Independent Consultant—introduced her to R+F in June of 2012, she jumped at the chance to find professional success on her own terms. “I was looking for something for myself outside of the daily grind with my children. I wanted my own success and something I could accomplish without having to compromise time away from my family.”
After suffering a tragic loss when her third son was stillborn in 2013, Hannah’s perspective on life changed greatly, and she made the best of a hard situation by making sure something positive came from it. She focuses her business efforts on helping others find ways to build their businesses around their families, because she knows how precious time is, and how circumstances can change at any moment. “I finally understood the magnitude of the business model as I was home recovering with my family, while still earning and having something of my own to throw myself back into.”
As she continues to experience success personally and professionally, Hannah looks forward to “helping many more people achieve their dreams by leveraging the incredible potential of this business.”
Lesley Nizza

Prior to joining Rodan + Fields® in October 2013, RFx Circle Achiever Lesley Nizza from Detroit, MI, lived a comfortable life and had a well-respected career as a special education teacher. However, after having her first child, she found herself struggling to balance her work with her personal life. She began looking for a way to spend more time with her young son while maintaining the income she’d grown accustomed to earning.
She had heard about Rodan + Fields products and was intrigued by the business opportunity. After an exceptionally trying period at her teaching job, she decided to enroll as an Independent Consultant. She was completely surprised by how quickly things changed for her. Within the first month, she had added two business partners to her team, and by the 60-day mark, she had earned back her investment. She achieved Level V at five months, and at nine months, she earned a Starfire Pearl Lexus through the Road to RFx Car Program. Lesley says, “I just wanted to match my current salary. Never in my wildest dreams did I think I would have more than quadrupled my former teaching salary working 15020 hours a week!”
In addition to having a flexible schedule that allows her to be with the newest member of her family, her daughter, Lesley loves the fact she can serve as an inspiration to her team. “One of my greatest successes is helping teammates achieve time and financial freedom and watching our lives transform.”
Dallas Fears

Coming from a successful career as a national sales trainer for a dental medical sales company, RFx Circle Achiever Dallas Fears of [City, State], was looking for “a way out of the hectic life I was living—trying to balance two young children, a full-time job, and my daughter’s hospital visits.” Dallas’ second child was born blind and, during the first two years of her life, needed to see a doctor over 100 times.
In June 2012, Dallas enrolled as a Rodan + Fields® Independent Consultant, confident she’d found an incredible opportunity. “What stood out to me was that Dr. Katie Rodan and Dr. Kathy Fields had been successful before, and I believed they would be again—this time, I could be a part of it. I saw it as my chance to retire from my job so I could be home with my daughter, providing the specialized care she needs.” She is extremely grateful that, after undergoing 17 surgeries, her daughter is now able to see out of one eye.
By May of 2015, Dallas had her third child and, two months later, she achieved RFx Circle, working 16 to 20 hours a week. “It just goes to show that this business truly can be built around a very full schedule. I’ve also learned that you don’t have to be a salesperson to be successful; you just have to actively share an incredible opportunity with others.”
Moving forward, Dallas is enthusiastic about helping those on her team achieve their own goals. “This business model is truly about empowering each other, and that has become my favorite part. Having a way to help others fulfill the dreams they have deep within their hearts is the best gift I’ve been given—it’s what motivates me every day.”
Emily Pennington

Emily Pennington was a stay-at-home mother of three and a group fitness instructor when she first heard about Rodan + Fields® in early 2012. After doing some research on her own, she was blown away by what she discovered and signed up to become a Consultant in October 2012.
Emily loves that she has the opportunity to create her own R+F journey every step of the way. “R+F has allowed me to decide for ME what I want my future to look like,” she explains. “To choose whether I work or stay at home. To choose whether I travel or not. To choose where I give and how much.”
She also loves having the flexibility to stay at home with her children while she grows her business and financially contributes to her family; a fact that she names as her greatest success.
As a 2016 RFx Circle Achiever, Emily places a high value on guiding her team’s journeys and unlocking opportunities that were previously unavailable to them. She aims to continue to empower others to dream bigger and change their own lives through skincare.
Julie Waldrop

Julie Waldrop was first introduced to Rodan + Fields® by an old friend who recommended the REDEFINE Regimen to her. A small business owner at the time, Julie hoped to alleviate some of the pressure of the economic downturn and enrolled as an Independent Consultant in July of 2009. “I had no idea it would evolve into something that has truly redefined my and my family's future.”
Since joining Rodan + Fields, Julie has doubled her household income and currently works her business 20 hours per week—around her family priorities. “My primary focus is my family, and my R+F business is making our dreams as a family come true.” Julie attributes much of her motivation and success to the resources and incentive programs the Company provides, especially the Lead the Way program. “Lead the Way has changed our family’s life. I needed something that was goal-driven, and it’s played a huge role in helping me achieve RFx Title.” By acting as an effective Leader for her team, Julie hopes to inspire greatness in them as well. “I have an amazing group of Leaders, and I want to help them continue to lead their teams to the top.”
Kelly Treble

RFx Achiever Kelly Treble of Fort Hill, South Carolina, was working a demanding job as a finance manager of a major bank when her neighbor—an RFx Circle Achiever—introduced her to Rodan + Fields® in May of 2012. “When I joined, our first child was eight months old, and my husband and I were quickly realizing the difficulty of juggling two stressful careers and parenthood. I wanted more flexibility without having to make a financial sacrifice.”
Initially working her R+F business alongside her full-time job, Kelly was ultimately able to retire from her finance career in March of 2015. Now, Kelly enjoys staying home with her two young children and working her business around her family’s priorities. With a third child on the way, Kelly appreciates this flexibility that much more. “I can’t wait to finally be there for all of the ‘firsts’—first words, first steps—all of which I missed with our first two children due to work.”
Since joining R+F, Kelly’s goals have evolved. “I work my business to help my team members reach their own goals and become Leaders.”. Kelly continues to be passionate about sharing the business and products with others. “I’m driven to share this opportunity because I know so many people who can benefit from it.”
Elisabeth Siravo

Mother-of-three Elizabeth Siravo, came from a teaching career and first heard of Rodan + Fields® through a high-school friend’s wife. “I was intrigued, but it took me about a month to finally reach out to learn more. Once I did, I jumped right in and haven't looked back,” says Elizabeth, who viewed starting her business as a way to transition back into the work force on her own terms.
Elizabeth joined Rodan + Fields in May 2013, and after one year of working her business 15 hours a week, she achieved Level V title status. Elizabeth loved that her business allowed her to prioritize being a mom first, and found that having her own income took some of the financial pressure off of her husband. Her earnings helped to pay bills and avoid debt, and in June 2016, Elizabeth’s husband was able to retire from his job…about 25 years ahead of schedule. “Being financially free and able to give back is something we dreamed about, and now it’s a reality—that feeling is so amazing.”
Looking toward the future, Elizabeth says, “We have started traveling with our children, which has always been a dream that we couldn't afford. We can give to charities that are near to our hearts, and plan to do even more work with them in the coming years. I have found something that I love doing, that is rewarding and fun, and never feels like ‘work’.”

Elizabeth Dugger

Coming from an extensive marketing background in corporate America, Elizabeth Dugger had always wanted to own her own company. When a friend introduced her to the Rodan + Fields® business opportunity, she was immediately captivated by what the Doctors had created. Elizabeth enrolled as an Independent Consultant, hoping that starting her own business could eventually provide her with the opportunity to spend more time with her kids.
After a year and a half of working her business five to ten hours a week, Elizabeth replaced her marketing income. She then decided to focus on her R+F business full-time. “I wanted to see what I could achieve if I put even more time into it. Plus, I was having the time of my life building my business.” Putting in about twenty to twenty-five hours a week, Elizabeth is blown away by how her business has improved her personal life, as well as the lives of others. “I am so fortunate to work alongside some amazing individuals, including my life-long best friend. This business has impacted so many lives in a variety of ways…second incomes created, debts paid off, adoptions paid for, ministries funded, family vacations taken; the list goes on. It’s humbling to me to know I had a smart part in all of this.”
Looking forward, Elizabeth is now dreaming bigger. She is funding local and international volunteer trips and looking for ways to give back to families or children who have experienced loss. “I’ve been entrusted with this business in order to promote positive change in the world and make a meaningful difference.”
Lauren Tenney

Singer–songwriter Lauren Tenney moved to Nashville eight years ago to pursue a career in entertainment and she successfully worked her way into the city’s music scene. Shortly after she hosted a summer tour with a country music group, she discovered she was pregnant with her first child. Lauren chose to put her career on hold for a while and left the bright lights of the stage behind her so that she could fully experience motherhood. At the same time, she also felt that it was important to contribute to her family’s income. She made the decision to join Rodan + Fields® as an Independent Consultant in December 2011 as a way to contribute while still being able to stay home full-time.
“From the very beginning, I told myself every day when I woke up in the morning to just keep working. I knew that if I remained consistent with this, it would be well worth it, and I was right,” says Lauren, who two years after joining as a Consultant is now making a six figure income working her business 8 to 15 hours a week. She says the key to her success has been self-motivation and working on personal development, because this business is all about bettering yourself so that you can in turn share your strengths with others. “Through a team effort, we have all benefited from this in so many ways. I have been given the time freedom to be with my son and the financial freedom to help my own family and to give more to others. And I’m doing it with people who want the same thing.”
Stacey Roney

As the working mother of three, Level V Executive Consultant Stacey Roney from Chicago, Illinois was trying to find ways to get her career to accommodate her family life. With no time to spare, when her friend who happened to be a Rodan + Fields Independent Consultant asked for help in growing her customer base, Stacey made the effort to help and became a customer. And now she says she’s glad she did. From day one, the Company’s business model fascinated her — Consultants owned their own businesses with the support and structure of a corporate powerhouse.
As a former cosmetic buyer for Nordstrom, Stacey was familiar with Rodan + Fields as a leading clinical skincare brand in high-end department stores before it entered the direct selling channel. She had always wanted to find a way to earn more in less time and quickly realized the Rodan + Fields business opportunity might help her de-clutter her schedule and make room for what was important to her. Since establishing her Independent Consultantship in September 2010, Stacey loves that she can get all that she wants in life while helping other people get what they want. Stacey has enjoyed a steady track of success, has earned many rewards, including a new Starfire Pearl Lexus, and is well on her way to enjoying life more fully.
Jen Parrish

As a senior vice president in risk and regulatory compliance at a major U.S. bank, Jen Parrish of Charlotte, North Carolina was no stranger to hard work. After 17 years of working 50- to 60-hour work weeks, however, the pressure was beginning to take its toll. “When my daughter started kindergarten, I realized that I was missing out on so much time with her and that I just couldn't keep up with the rat race of ‘corporate America’ while being the mom I wanted to be.”
In 2012, one of Jen’s sister’s best friends shared the Rodan + Fields® business opportunity with her. Once she learned more about the established brand and quality products, she jumped right in, enrolling as an Independent Consultant that May. She began working her business five hours a week, while still working full-time at the bank. Ten months later, she left her corporate job to work her R+F business exclusively. A little over two years later, working her business 15-20 hours a week, she matched her executive banking salary.
For Jen, the income is not the central focus of her life-changing experience. “My greatest success has been helping people in the same situation I was in to change their futures. It gives me such great satisfaction to help others realize their dreams, escape the ‘rat race,’ and gain fulfillment.”
Jen now has the freedom to focus her attention on others, and in doing so, has seen a significant transformation in herself and in her relationships. “I am now a better mom, wife, sister, friend and daughter because I have time to realize what's important and enjoy each day.” Jen’s goal is to continue to help as many people as she can realize the dream of financial security without sacrificing personal happiness.

Kris Fairless

Kris was among the first Independent Consultants to embrace the Rodan + Fields® business opportunity. Her initial introduction to the Doctors was as a member of their exclusive team of independent product educators when the products were sold in high-end retail stores. Since enrolling as an Independent Consultant, Kris has become one of the first Million Dollar Circle Achievers and has also become an RFx Circle Achiever, a Road to RFx Car Achiever, and was inducted into the Rodan + Fields Hall of Fame, as well as being on the Leadership Advisory Board since it’s inception.

Lisa Friesel

Lisa Friesel of Syosset, NY, first learned of Rodan + Fields® through her friend and coworker. “At the time, I was so dedicated to growing my career in television advertising sales and climbing the corporate ladder that it took me nine months to join the business.” Lisa enrolled as an Independent Consultant in March of 2012. “I simply wanted more out of life. My coworker referred me to my pediatrician, which was a wonderful piece of advice—so why wouldn’t I trust her on this? I wanted in.” Today, Lisa builds her business alongside her corporate career, working 20-25 hours per week.
Through her business, Lisa has quadrupled her six-figure corporate salary, earned several incentive trips and is able to afford luxuries including home renovations and family vacations. Still, she considers her endeavors as a Leader on her team to be among her greatest accomplishments. I love building a team and hearing how those on my team are living their lives to the fullest—all because of R+F.”
Jen Griswold

RFx Executive Consultant Jen Griswold from Alexandria, Virginia, began her career as a successful military officer in the Air Force. She was a decorated aircraft maintenance officer on large cargo aircrafts, managing 250+ technicians. As Jen and her husband started a family, Jen chose to leave the military for a life that would allow her to focus on her growing family. She went on to launch a very successful interior design and home staging business, which offered a somewhat flexible schedule while raising her two small children. After four years of steady growth in her design business, Jen’s family was facing a military relocation, leaving behind her loyal clientele. Fortunately, in late 2010, a childhood friend introduced Jen to Rodan + Fields and the timing was just right for Jen to jump on board to launch an even more flexible business that she could work wherever she lived.
Jen is now a successful leader with a nationwide team of Consultants, many of who are spouses in military families. While Jen’s business efforts have earned her incentive trips, a Lexus and a full-time income, she says her greatest joy comes from her ability to use Rodan + Fields as a vessel to give back and pay her good fortune forward. Jen is proud to support a micro-loan organization that provides loans to military spouses to help them create businesses (in any industry) to combat the difficulty they face in obtaining and keeping quality employment. “It is near and dear to my heart to help others,” Jen says. And with her Rodan + Fields business, she can do just that. In recognition of Jen’s commitment to giving back, she was the 2011 Prescription for Change™ Foundation Award Winner, and today, Jen is looking forward to continuing to bring joy to her family and others through her business.
Sarah Robbins

A former kindergarten teacher, Sarah Robbins is passionate about teaching, training and changing lives. She was introduced to Rodan + Fields when the products were sold in high-end retail stores and she worked part-time as a product educator to supplement her teacher’s salary. Sarah was among the first Independent Consultants when Rodan + Fields entered into direct sales. She began working her business part time along side her full time teaching career.
Sarah’s passion for teaching and training, paired with her team’s commitment, has led her to experience tremendous success with her business. Sarah went from teacher to Million Dollar Circle Achiever, RFx Circle Achiever and was inducted into the Rodan + Fields Hall of Fame.
Sarah has since retired from teaching, and now enjoys coaching others to become successful in their Rodan + Fields business. At the age of 29 after working her business for five years, full time, Sarah achieved six-figure per month in earnings, and her husband Phil sold his successful business so the two could work their Rodan + Fields business together.
Sarah and Phil’s greatest joy in life is seeing the lives of others changed—as their team experiences success with Rodan + Fields and, through their own time and resources, they are able to give back to children in need around the world. They’ve been able to cover medical expenses for children in need, sponsor children’s education and nutrition, and help to build orphanages around the globe. The best part? They believe they are just getting started.
Jessica Menard

As a Neurosurgery Physician Assistant (PA) and mother of twins, RFx Executive Consultant Jessica Menard from City, State, was looking for a way to cut down her call schedule and be more present for her family. After being a satisfied Rodan + Fields® Preferred Customer (PC), and watching her friend experience success with her business, Jessica decided to give it a try herself.
In February 2014, Jessica enrolled as an Independent Consultant and began working her business about 15 hours a week. “My business earnings initially gave me financial freedom to do extra things with my husband and kids. And it allowed me to pay off some debt that was burdening us.” After 14 months, she surpassed her previous salary and started to dream bigger. “I was able to retire in January of 2016 to be a stay-at-home mother, and only work as needed to keep up my surgical and procedural skills. I never imagined being where I am at this moment in my life. I am beyond thankful for what my business has done for me and my family.”
Jessica knows she is setting a great example for her children as a mother, charity supporter and business-woman. “I am now able to give to those in need without the worry of financial stress. I can also show my children that all things are possible if you work hard, keep the faith and believe in yourself.”
Melissa McCarthy

Prior to joining Rodan + Fields®, Level V Executive Consultant Melissa McCarthy from Wyckoff, NJ, had a successful 10-year career in advertising sales. After the birth of her son, Dylan, everything changed. She went back to work full-time but realized she was unhappy in a career she used to love. She and her husband were desperately trying to find a way for Melissa to give up her full-time job so she could be home with their son, but, due to the economy, they didn’t feel she could give up her six-figure income. She was introduced to Rodan + Fields in April 2011 and immediately saw the opportunity it offered to significantly change her life. She began building her business around her job and a super active one-year-old.
Within her first year as a Rodan + Fields Consultant, Melissa replaced enough of her corporate income to transition from her 9-5 sales position to devoting all of her efforts toward her Rodan + Fields business. Today she has surpassed her income in her previous job and works her business entirely from home. In addition, she has earned a Starfire Pearl Lexus as she has travels the Road to RFˣ. “This company has come to provide things for me and my family that we never dreamed were possible,” says Melissa. “It has proved to be the answer I was looking for to obtain the absolute perfect work/life balance.” Melissa expresses heartfelt gratitude to her amazing team, and says she loves helping others start their own businesses—on their terms.
Sarah LeBlanc

A full-time public kindergarten teacher for over ten years, Sarah LeBlanc of Dearborn, Michigan reached a point where she and her husband were unsure from one day to the next whether they’d be able to scrape by. Around that same time, Sarah’s best friend, a Rodan + Fields® Independent Consultant, recommended she try the UNBLEMISH Regimen to treat the painful cystic acne she’d developed due to pregnancy. She immediately fell in love with R+F products—her results were phenomenal, and she was receiving plenty of compliments. After taking an unpaid maternity leave for the birth of her second child, her family’s financial situation worsened further, and she finally recognized the opportunity before her. “I remember checking my bank account and seeing that I only had $14.72 left. I knew I had to do something,” she recalls. So, in June of 2013, she took her friend’s advice and enrolled as an Independent Consultant.
Sarah began sharing her business straight away, and just six months later, working 10 to 15 hours a week, she replaced her monthly teaching income. Nine months into her business, she achieved Premier Level V and within two years Sarah achieved RFx Circle and was able to retire from her teaching career at the age of 32. “This business has absolutely changed my life. Working 15-20 hours a week, I have quadrupled my teaching salary working, paid off my and my husband’s student loans and credit card debt, earned an incentive trip to San Francisco and Napa Valley, plus earned a shiny Lexus…Ultimately, this business has allowed me to take the financial stress off my husband and has given us both the freedom to enjoy life and our family much more!”
Sarah is especially proud of how much she’s been able to help her teammates hit new highs, reach their goals and fulfill their dreams. “I would have to say my greatest success is not what I have accomplished personally—though it has certainly transformed my family’s life—but what my team has accomplished together.”
Elizabeth Guess

RFx Executive Consultant Elizabeth Guess from Austin, Texas, began her career pursuing her love of writing as an English and writing teacher. While this was her specialty, she also fell into teaching a course on world geography and cultures and in doing so, found a new passion—helping those less fortunate in countries and communities other than her own. Elizabeth began sponsoring children in Kigali, Rwanda, and in various parts of Asia to ensure they receive proper education. In 2011, Elizabeth and her husband, Taylor, decided to further expand their family, and Elizabeth wanted to continue to stay at home full time with their children, but do something in part time hours that would allow them to give back in a more significant way to those in need. It was around that time that Elizabeth was introduced to Rodan + Fields. “I decided to jump into the business headfirst and give it my all,” she says. “In the beginning, my Rodan + Fields earnings allowed me to pay for my daughter’s preschool and sponsor a couple of underprivileged children. But now it has turned into so much more!”
Elizabeth is proud to say that she is using the earnings from her Rodan + Fields business to contribute financially to her family and provide all of the students full year scholarships to a newly opened beauty training school in Kigali. “Because of Rodan + Fields, I am able to help give these women a real chance for a future,” Elizabeth says. Elizabeth’s dedication to working her business for this cause has also paid off personally; in addition to being able to raise her family on her own terms, she has earned the Level V Arrival Trip to Sonoma and San Francisco, the Elite V Trip to Maui, Hawaii, and RFx Circle Trips to Bora Bora, Paris and Morroco. Elizabeth can’t wait to see her team members hit these milestone achievements as well. “I love that I’m able to help my fast-growing team meet their goals and see their dreams fulfilled through this business,” she says. “We are being the change by doing things differently.”
Lauren Myers

A former pilot in the Air Force, Lauren Myers transitioned from Active Duty to the Reserves when she and her husband decided to have children. She didn’t think she would ever find another professional opportunity that satisfied her the way the military had. After initially being skeptical, Lauren came to understand the strength of the Rodan + Fields® brand and the quality of the products. “I was finally in the right place at the right time, and I didn’t want to have regrets down the road because I didn’t take the chance. I really trusted the credibility of the Company and so I jumped in and became an Independent Consultant.”
Her R+F business has provided a way for Lauren to find the right balance between her family’s needs, their financial responsibilities and her desire for a professional life. “I don’t think I would have found a way to do that with any other opportunity out there. And, when I need to take a step back and focus on my family, I have the flexibility to do so and my business doesn’t stop because I have built such a solid foundation with my team.”
Lauren especially thrives on the supportive community she has found in R+F, and it reminds her of the tight community she had in the military. The success of her teammates and helping them change their lives for the better is an important aspect of her business. “My business has really shown me that personal success comes when we help others to be successful.”

Amber Dawes

Amber Dawes knew it would be difficult to put her children through college on a kindergarten teacher’s salary. The working mother of three needed to find a way to pay off debt and put aside some money for their education. Having known about the Doctors and their reputation for 10 years when a colleague told her about the Rodan + Fields business opportunity, Amber was sure she could sell the products. After just six months of working her Rodan + Fields business 10 hours a week, she was matching her full-time teaching salary, had paid off her debt and earned a trip to California Wine Country. Amber continues to teach full-time while running her Rodan + Fields business and credits her success to her amazing team and the stellar suite of products. Amber aspires to motivate others to succeed with the Company, achieve the Elite V Program and continue on the road to RFx.
Linda Ray

Linda Ray, a full-time kindergarten teacher from Amarillo, Texas, recently tripled her income. She didn’t win the lottery or inherit a fortune. She earned the money by working her Rodan + Fields side business 15 hours a week. She was initially drawn to the opportunity because she could work her business part-time to supplement her full-time teaching salary. Within 10 months, however, her business unexpectedly took off.
Since enrolling as an Independent Consultant in July 2011, Linda has reached RFx Executive Consultant status, earned a new Lexus through the Road to RFx Car Incentive Program and has deemed her earnings enough to leave her teaching job. She feels that mentoring is key to her success and combines her love of teaching with her expertise in leadership to help team members set goals, work towards them and take charge of their lives. “To see my team members retiring early, paying off debt, driving a new Lexus and changing the lives of others reminds me so much of teaching and how it filled my heart to see my kids in my classroom learn new things and the joy on their faces when they ‘got it.’”

Ali Aldrich

With an extensive career in compensation at a major global bank, Ali Aldrich of Charlotte, North Carolina, was feeling unfulfilled climbing the corporate ladder. After starting a family, she realized that sitting in a cubicle day in, day out was no longer working for her. So, when she heard about the Rodan + Fields® business opportunity from her sorority sister, Ali knew that this was her chance to make a major change in her life.
Initially, Ali worked her business part time, and eventually, she was able to leave the daily grind behind and enjoy the time and financial flexibility she craved. “R+F enabled me to walk away from my ‘corporate America’ job in a little over two years. Now I spend my days with my two daughters, and that makes me happy!” Ali’s leadership philosophy reflects itself in how her teammates treat each other. “We’ve created a team culture of positivity, encouragement and hope. We have a team that prides itself on building each member up—something that all people need, but many rarely find in their day-to-day jobs or everyday lives.”
Holly Brewer

Holly Brewer, a newlywed from Raleigh, North Carolina and a recent graduate of North Carolina State University, was studying to become a Certified Personal Accountant (CPA) when she learned that she was unexpectedly pregnant with her first child. Faced with a difficult decision, Holly ultimately chose to step away from her career to become a stay-at-home mom. Years later, when her husband’s real estate business began to feel the pinch of the recession, Holly began to feel that having an extra income could help with her children’s private school tuition. She started researching career opportunities with flexible schedules so she could continue her role as “Room Mom” and be present for her sons in the day-to-day.
Fortunately, Holly’s high school friend introduced her to the Rodan + Fields® business opportunity. Holly was already familiar with the Doctors and was confident of the effectiveness of their brand and products. So, despite her lack of sales experience, she enrolled as an Independent Consultant in June 2012. “After my second month of working my business 20 hours a week, I had reached my initial business goal and was paying for both my sons' private school tuitions,” says Holly, who reached Level V and earned a trip to Wine Country and San Francisco before the year-end. While Holly is excited to be contributing to her household income, she feels her greatest success lies in empowering and encouraging the leaders on her team. “I’m coaching and training other people to build businesses around this incredible brand that can potentially help their families for years to come. And I’m helping people get the best skin of their lives.”
Sara Cavallaro

Sara Cavallaro is a former clinical pharmaceutical researcher living in Gloucester Township, New Jersey with her husband and three young children. Like many working mothers, Sara found it difficult to find balance in her life and desperately needed a change. In 2012, she was looking for something that would enable her to create a Plan B and build a strong business while working her full-time job. When Sara heard about the Rodan + Fields® business opportunity from her friend, she immediately realized what an incredible opportunity it really was for her. She had the ability to define success on her own terms. “I love that my R+F business gave me the option to continue to work but on my own terms and with people that I respect and admire, in a positive, empowering culture,” says Sara, who was eventually able to walk away from her pharmaceutical career that was taking so much of her time away from her family.
Sara is now able to dictate her own working hours while still having the time, freedom and flexibility to enjoy her family life. She is very thankful for her team and wants to help others accomplish their goals. “I am able to work with so many people from so many different backgrounds, and we're all empowered by this business. I love helping others reach their goals and find their own success.”
Jessica and Mike Bettencourt

Parents-of-three Jessica and Mike Bettencourt from Dayton, Ohio, co-own a photography business, volunteer in their community and serve on several non-profit boards. Even with extremely busy schedules, Jessica and Mike couldn’t turn down the opportunity to share their excitement about Rodan + Fields® products. Jessica says, “I've always been interested in skincare. So when I started hearing about Rodan + Fields on Facebook, I immediately thought that these are great products backed by two amazing dermatologists and wanted to be a part of it.”
“After I understood the opportunity—which I define as the market, brand and products—I became a very active business partner to Jessica,” says Mike. Jessica hoped that her Rodan + Fields earnings would allow her to further support the missions she was passionate about, but it’s been so much more. “My business has taught me to dream bigger,” says Jessica, who donated one hundred percent of her first year’s earnings to missions and charity work. Jessica is committed to continue giving the larger portion of her Rodan+Fields earnings to causes like adoption funding and missions.
After 12 months of working their business 15-20 hours a week, Jessica earned her Lexus and achieved RFx in 16 months. “I’m so glad I took a chance on something different,” says Jessica, who loves meeting so many new people and aspires to help her team members reach their goals. And Mike agrees, “Aside from the military, I had never experienced an environment where people were so giving, supportive, helpful and enthusiastic. This culture and support are truly incredible. That really pushed me over the edge to reach out to my entire network.”
Jonathan and JoDee Watkins

For more than a decade, Jonathan and JoDee Watkins from Fredericksburg, Virginia, had public service jobs in the nursing and law enforcement fields before taking the leap and starting their own Rodan + Fields® business. JoDee learned about the opportunity from a dear friend. “All of this happened because I wanted to reduce the appearance of brown spots on my face,” says JoDee about a small, seemingly inconsequential event that spurred major change in her life.
Since enrolling as Independent Consultants in April 2013, Jonathan and JoDee have more than quadrupled their combined income working their business 30 hours a week and deemed their earnings enough to leave their full-time jobs. What’s more, they are in the process of launching a dog-boarding facility and therapeutic horse-riding farm that will create a safe-haven where their daughter, who has Williams Syndrome, and other members of the intellectually disabled community will be employed. “Rodan + Fields allows us to dream, and then it challenges us to dream bigger. We will be forever thankful to our friend for introducing us to this amazing opportunity and we are grateful that the Doctors founded this incredible company.”

Ali Spitsbergen

Formerly a pediatric critical care nurse and clinical instructor, RFx Executive Consultant Ali Spitsbergen from San Diego, California, was trying to find a way to pay off her and her husband’s student loans and spend as much time as possible with their young daughter—whose weight at birth was a mere pound. After hearing about the Rodan + Fields® business opportunity from a friend, Ali’s father encouraged her to pursue it, and she started her business in February 2013. Immediately, Ali was motivated to devote her time to earning back her initial investment. She says, “When I heard about the Fast Start program, I decided to put my head down and make it happen. I did it in 17 days.” She quickly achieved Level V status within a few months, and a little over two years later, working her business 20 - 40 hours a week, she achieved RFx Circle—and currently makes three times more than her previous full-time salary. Ali says she did this “all while working from home with [my] daughter by [my] side, going through a second high risk pregnancy and adding another baby to the family.” With a team of nearly 1,000 Consultants, Ali is extremely proud of what she has built and of the Leaders who forge ahead every day right alongside her. “We are using this business as a vehicle to give more than ever before, and I am blessed to work with so many phenomenal people that share the same vision.”

Virginia Schneider

Virginia Schneider of Belleville, Illinois, first learned of Rodan + Fields® while working full-time as a television news anchor and personality. Noticing a significant improvement in the appearance of her friend and coworker’s skin, Virginia was determined to achieve the same transformation for herself. After experiencing remarkable results through the REVERSE Regimen, Virginia enrolled as an Independent Consultant in July of 2013, working her business 20-25 hours per week, around her demanding television career. Virginia has since earned a Lexus through the Road to RFx Car Incentive Program, paid off nearly $20,000 in credit card debt and retired from her 17-year former career. “I now spend more time with my family and am the happiest I’ve ever been.” Working 20-25 hours per week, Virginia takes great pride in coaching her team members to achieve their goals. “I’m learning how to be an effective Leader by following the incredible Leaders on my team and in the Company.” Through Rodan + Fields, Virginia hopes to one day fund a not-for-profit television show to serve the St. Louis community.

Romi Neustadt

After two successful careers as a lawyer and an award-winning PR consultant, Romi was looking for a way to escape the billable hour and have the flexibility to make her two young children her top priority. Romi also wanted a new challenge that would use all her strengths and experiences to benefit others and really make a difference. In less than 2.5 years with Rodan + Fields, she was able to build a business that not only fulfilled her professional desires, but also transformed her family’s life. Romi began working her Rodan + Fields business between 10 and 12 hours a week in tandem with her PR consultancy, and was able to build a strong foundation and steady income. Four months in, Romi decided to hang up her PR hat, and focus on her Rodan + Fields business full-time. Working 30 – 40 hours each week from home around her kids’ schedules, Romi built a six-figure monthly income and has enjoyed recognition and incentives that dwarf anything she saw in 15 years in corporate America. She was named 2010 Top Recruiter, inducted into the Rodan + Fields Hall of Fame and serves on the Leadership Advisory Board. She was one of the company’s first Road RFx Car Incentive Program Achievers, RFx Circle and Million Dollar Circle Leaders, and has earned luxury trips to Hawaii, Mexico, Italy, Bora Bora and Paris. But for Romi the most rewarding part of this business is helping her extraordinary team achieve their goals and design professional lives that fit in around the rest of their lives. Sweeter than her own achievements have been the momentous occasions when two of her direct business partners reached Million Dollar Circle, and when three reached RFx Circle. Her enormous success enabled her husband John, a doctor, to step away from clinical practice so he could focus on building a dietary supplement company. By last year John’s company no longer required much of his time, and he didn’t want to return full-time to a medical practice. So he joined Romi in business to work alongside his favorite person and impact more people than he ever could in clinical medicine. They love working together to inspire others to dream bigger and teaching them how to turn those dreams into reality.
Miriam Steketee

Just a few months after the birth of her first child, Miriam Steketee, was dreading going back to work as Managing Director at one of Manhattan’s largest residential real estate brokerage offices. Miriam had been climbing the corporate ladder for the past 10 years and was desperately searching for a way to contribute financially to her household while working from home. Her husband, Randall, was a new attorney starting his career on Wall Street, and due to the economy and massive school loans, sacrificing Miriam's salary wasn't a real option. When a friend told Miriam about Rodan + Fields, she realized it was a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity and was excited to partner with the Doctors. “I knew it was a smart business decision," says Miriam, who immediately jumped in full force as an Independent Consultant in May 2011.
After two and a half years of working her business 10 – 15 hours a week, Miriam has surpassed her previous income and runs her business entirely from home. In addition, she has earned a brand new Starfire Pearl White Lexus through the Road to RFˣ Car Incentive Program. She is now expecting her second child; however, this time, she doesn't have to face a short maternity leave and full-time work. Rather, she can work part-time at home around her two little ones. "My business has truly allowed Randall and me to dream again and take the financial stress away," says Miriam. “The best part has been the amazing relationships I have built while coaching hundreds of men and women on my team to also design their own dream lives.”

Barbie Bassett

As former chief meteorologist for the NBC affiliate in Jackson, Mississippi, RFx Executive Consultant Barbie Bassett knows how to read a barometer and study weather patterns to determine the forecast. When she was introduced to Rodan + Fields in January 2011, Barbie immediately began assessing the forecast for the Company’s, as well as her own, potential success. As a long time well-known TV personality, best-selling author, former Mrs. Mississippi and Top 15 Mrs. International semi-finalist, she knew any business opportunity she became involved with had to be reputable. After careful analysis and encouragement from her mother (who had direct selling experience herself), Barbie decided the forecast for her Rodan + Fields potential was “sunny with a 100 percent chance for success.” Barbie has built a solid team around the country, become a Road to RFx Car Incentive Program Achiever and began to earn a steady income, all while working full time at the station and homeschooling her three children. An added bonus: Thanks to the REDEFINE Regimen and AMP MD™ System, Barbie began to brave high definition cameras without wearing foundation as she reported the weather. TV viewers took notice—and routinely began calling the station asking if Barbie had work done on her face. In early 2013, Barbie made the decision to retire from her role as a meteorologist to focus on her growing Rodan + Fields business full-time and looks forward to helping her team members work to achieve the success they each desire.
Lore Cardella

After 10 years of working in pharmaceutical and biotech sales, Lore Cardella from Franklin Lakes, New Jersey decided to leave the workforce to spend more time with her two young children. Although Lore toyed with the idea of starting her own business, she believed it would leave her too little time for family. When Lore’s friend and former coworker introduced her to the Rodan + Fields® opportunity, she decided to give it a try because she could work from home with a flexible schedule. “Inside there was something telling me that this could be big. All I knew was that I could work the business around my family, and I would figure the rest out.”
After three years of working her R+F business, Lore feels she and her husband can now focus on how they want to live. “Rodan + Fields has allowed me to truly have and do it all. I feel like a better wife because I’m contributing to my household income and a better mom because my children see that I work hard and have goals for myself,” says Lore, who is proud that her children were able to see her redefine what it means to be a stay-at-home mom. While these achievements are huge, Lore says her greatest joy is seeing everyone who is involved in her business realize their dreams through teamwork. Lore and one of her team members, for example, were among the first to earn Lexus cars in New Jersey, which Lore says gave them a huge sense of accomplishment. “It was the same month I gave birth to my third child, and earning a Lexus through the Road to RFx Car Incentive Program was a major goal for my teammate and me. There’s nothing sweeter than doing it together.”
