Jamie Macgregor
Jamie Macgregor is the Senior Vice President of Celent’s Insurance practice and is based in the firm's London office. Jamie has led the development of Celent’s innovation framework and has been a major contributor to shaping Celent’s global insurance agenda. His research focuses on IT strategy and the technology challenges facing the European life and pensions market, contributing to the debate around innovation, digital transformation, BPO strategies, the impact of regulation, and, more recently, the emerging fintech arena.

Jamie’s career spans over 21 years in both management consulting and the insurance industry. Prior to joining Celent, Jamie was a Senior Manager within Deloitte’s management consulting practice, where he led engagements focused on helping clients develop their IT strategy aligned to their business goals, post-M&A integration, and enterprise architecture. While at Deloitte, Jamie also directed the learning and development programme for the Architecture & Analysis capability, and was a core team member contributing to the development of both the Insurance Core Systems Transformation proposition and the technology implications of the Retail Distribution Review Readiness proposition for the UK Life, Pensions and Wealth Management market. While in industry, Jamie performed a number of key lead IT / Business interface roles, such as Head of IT Strategy for AXA UK & Ireland, and led change delivery at both AIG and Zurich Financial Services.

Jamie has an MBA from the University of Southampton and a first class BSc Honours degree in Business Information Technology from the University of Portsmouth. He has also attended Driving Strategic Innovation at the IMD was selected for Telemaque (a global leadership development programme run by AXA University in partnership with INSEAD), and is currently studying for his doctorate in business administration researching innovation. Jamie is a Chartered Engineer, Chartered Information Technology Practitioner, and Member of the British Computer Society.

Kim Gray
Kim Gray, Head of Insurance Consulting & Head of Diversity & Inclusion, NTT DATA UK.

Kim has spent more than 30 years in financial services working for IT and business consulting firms. Her consulting experience spans the media, insurance, retail and investment banking sectors. The range of work Kim has delivered includes developing new business strategies and effecting successful transformations with a particular focus on business buy-in. Recent experience includes client work focused on complex reference data platforms, social CRM and digital, customer service improvement and business change management.

Responsible for building new insurance consultancy capabilities within NTT DATA UK including business development, account management, high-quality delivery, recruiting and building a team within the financial services sector. Kim has been head of Insurance Consulting for over two years, and during that time, has developed six new client accounts for the company.

Kim is married, lives in London and has a home in Italy. Her passions include music (everything from AC/DC to Ed Sheeran), cooking (only ever in Italy!), travel, great red wine and good conversation with friends. In her spare time, she coaches lawyers at the Save the Children organisation and professional business women in order to practice her coaching skills.


Manjit Rana
Manjit is the founder and CEO of Ingenin, a multi-award-winning innovation consultancy created to help insurers grow their businesses through the adoption of disruptive technologies and innovative business models.

He is passionate about innovation, InsurTech, start-ups, entrepreneurialism and creating innovative technology-based solutions to address insurance market issues. Manjit has created a number of start-ups as well as worked for large corporations, such as CSC, Fujitsu Consulting and AXA Insurance, where he was recruited to help create the AXA Innovation Hub.

An innovative and creative thinker, commercially driven with proven success in creating added value opportunities, communicating concepts at a senior level and translating intellectual ideas into business propositions, his strong understanding of the insurance sector in the U.K., USA and APAC regions make him an expert and thought leader on technology based-innovation.

Manjit’s a seasoned senior executive and dynamic leader with a proven track record of management success in both start-up and corporate arenas with over 25 years’ experience in proposition development. Manjit is an Insurance Times Innovation and Disruption Advisory Board Member, regularly speaks at industry events in the U.K. and internationally, and has been a mentor and advisor for StartUpBootCamp InsurTech London and MundiLab in Munich and Madrid.


Liz Harrison-Flynn
Liz Harrison-Flynn is Group Head of Digital Operations of Legal & General. She has responsibility for the delivery and leadership of the transformational digital agenda across L&G Group. The L&G agenda is to create a customer centric experience and effective digital sales and service model spanning all aspects of distribution. The role includes ownership of the digital self-service and registration tools, content management systems, own operate and purchase single digital tools and assets on behalf of the whole company and lead the delivery of digital projects using a dedicated team of project managers and business analysts and testers

Liz is an accomplished senior business leader with extensive experience in business and technical programme delivery within the Telecoms, Retail and Financial services Industries. She has extensive experience for delivering major change and business profitability. Specific areas of expertise include Channel Sales, Propositions, Devices, Wholesale, Product Development, Brand Transformation, Customer Experience and Quality management in addition to all matters related to retail business set-up, operations and people management.


Justin Pascoe
Justin Pascoe is Head of IT & Change at Aviva. He has accountability for Aviva’s online self-service brands and the leadership and delivery of the supporting digital change portfolio and transformation strategy.

Justin has more than 28 years of experience gained within the financial services sector (which possibly accounts for the grey hairs) and would describe his career as somewhat eclectic. He has held a number of different roles across multiple disciplines; having worked in customer facing business operations positions, as well as in underwriting, business partnering, business analysis, IT solution design, enterprise architecture and IT development and change.

He is passionate about technology and innovation and in his spare time (which unfortunately is in short supply) likes Rugby and climbing.
