Summary

A wide range of issues, challenges and opportunities are encountered by colleges every day in relation to quality of provision. In our 2019 conference, we look at the direction of travel of the How Good Is Our College quality arrangements, the learner experience in quality improvement activities, the impact on colleges of the new Professional Standards for Lecturers and ways that we are working together to meet GDPR requirements. A quality event wouldn’t be complete without looking at data, and we cover the impacts of variations in data quality on our improvement activities by means of an interactive session. Before all of that, we have a view of the current landscape from our keynote speaker who has wide ranging experience in the field of quality. These are busy times for us all but this event should be well worth attending. QDP will be available throughout the day to discuss their tools for gathering and managing learner perception data.

Who should attend

Student Association representatives, Quality Managers, other Operational Managers with responsibility for Quality, Strategic Managers with responsibility for Quality, teaching and non-teaching staff with Quality within their remit.
